I ordered takeout from this store and didn’t expect 70% of the bowl to be filled with rice, with just a few slices of beef and veggies.
To make matters worse, there were a bunch of hair plus some sticky thing on the package of the wrap. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of care in food preparation and hygiene.

I ordered a chared chicken bowl with chared chicken from this restaurant through Uber Eats, expecting a fresh, healthy meal. Instead, I received a bowl that was far from fresh. The vegetables were limp and lacked the crispness you’d expect, and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting around for a while.
To make matters worse, there was a strand of hair right in the middle of the bowl. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of care in food preparation and hygiene. For the price, I expected a much better experience. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I hope they seriously improve their quality and cleanliness.

The location quality has decreased. Smoothie bowl is super watery (green one) with no oat milk taste. Granola is limited now and not even crumbled. Just a hard, small block. Super disappointed.
One on Danforth is much better.

I love imperfect but I feel like this location has really fallen off with the quality. I always get their mango Thai smoothie which comes bright orange, but today it was a very pale yellow. But the service is good and the atmosphere is nice

Got a smoothie, asked a lady if I could pay for a plastic cup, she looked confused, asked another lady in Chinese, I asked them three times to charge me for an extra cup, tipped them 15% over 30% which is what I do if the service is just adequate - but this was really bad, then said they are out of cups and gave me something the length of an index finger, and then I pointed to the hundreds of cups and then she said they don’t have any, and then said if I wanted the other one she’d have to charge me for it, and I was like what the heck is going I asked you to charge me for it three times with the other girl, when she was speaking in Chinese I saw her point at the extra cup I pointed at and she was also being attitudey and rolling her eyes requesting, it’s boiling hot I walked for hours and said I’d pay whatever they want, absolutely ridiculous - also please don’t clarify things in Chinese when a customer requests something cause then I won’t be able to understand what you are saying to make sure you understood my request. Please get trained in empathy and customer service.

Ordered the Açaí Bowl today. The driver kept changing extending the delivery time. The food arrived completely melted. I can’t give a good review on the flavor because it was melted. There was no peanut butter, I added my own. The fruits were lacking, normally when I order they are overflowing. The food did seem fresh, which is important. I wouldn’t recommend ordering this item from the menu.
