Highly recommend Imperfect if you’re into healthy food that actually tastes good. Their fruit smoothies are super fresh, and the açaí & PB bowls are delicious with nice fruit toppings.

They also have banh mi (Vietnamese-style) which is definitely worth trying if you didn’t know. The space is cute, cozy, and warm — a really nice place to sit and enjoy your food.

Great vibes, fresh flavours, and a spot I’d happily come back to.

Unfresh meat, not great service and took over 15 mins to make one salad when not busy. Smoothies were watered down. So wanted to love this place but just not good :(

My new fav lunch spot, my smoothies look fresh, I think they use real fruits, and the server was very friendly.

Omg this place was vulgar I ordered before hand and expected a salad, instead there was this huge bowl of rotting meat? Super disappointed not to mention the ESL who started screaming that I should eat this meat bowl because it was going in the garbage.

They deliver what they signed up for: imperfect bowls. The only difference between the small and large is the mount of noodles. The toppings remain minimal and some are surprisingly unfresh.

I saw an advertisement outside showing the price of a milkshake as $6.99. When I went in to order, I was surprised to see a different price at the register.
I pointed this out to the cashier, thinking it might have been a simple mistake, which can happen. But instead of honoring the advertised price — as is usually expected in such cases — he simply said he couldn’t change it.

I understand that mistakes happen, but in retail and food service, the standard and ethical practice is to charge the customer the advertised price and correct the signage afterwards. Refusing to do so feels dishonest and unprofessional.

It’s not about the $1 — it’s about the principle, and the way the situation was handled. The attitude of the staff was dismissive and showed no sense of responsibility.

Very disappointing. Misleading pricing and poor customer service. Won’t be coming back.

Came here late and ordered around 945. Left and got the wrong order. Have called multiple times and gotten no answer.

Completely empty and it’s normal…
Service is terrible, and time waiting was huge (with no one on the queue).
Quantity is very well served, but with low quality. My boal had bones in the middle.

Good place- but not great. Our Açai smoothie was OK. We’ve had better. Service could also have been better tbh. Not very friendly….

Imperfect fresh eats? More like inedible freak eats - vegetables burnt to inedible state and even that had pink mold all over them

I ordered takeout from this store and didn’t expect 70% of the bowl to be filled with rice, with just a few slices of beef and veggies.

To make matters worse, there were a bunch of hair plus some sticky thing on the package of the wrap. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of care in food preparation and hygiene.

I ordered a chared chicken bowl with chared chicken from this restaurant through Uber Eats, expecting a fresh, healthy meal. Instead, I received a bowl that was far from fresh. The vegetables were limp and lacked the crispness you’d expect, and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting around for a while.

To make matters worse, there was a strand of hair right in the middle of the bowl. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of care in food preparation and hygiene. For the price, I expected a much better experience. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I hope they seriously improve their quality and cleanliness.
