Food is okay but poorly packed and spilled everywhere so could only eat a portion. Staff not friendly.

I scheduled an order for 7:15. When I arrived at 7:13 the staff ignored me until I asked them if I could pick up my order. They looked confused and then searched their computer for a while and realized they missed my order. No apologies or reasoning. Pretty disappointed.

Great food, great employee, management needs to help out the employee (who's doing a fantastic job) with more people to support the busy location.

The other location I think its on Adelaide is way better. One employee working here when I went, slow, cold inside, unfriendly, it's a no for me.

A mixed bag of great decor and variety but let down by long waits and some quality issues. ImPerfect Fresh Eats offers a trendy atmosphere and an extensive menu, but the dining experience left something to be desired. The wait for the bowls was much longer than expected, and though the regular-sized bowl was quite filling, the chicken cuts were not up to par—too much skin and not enough char. The dish could have also benefited from more sauce. Lastly, the absence of soap in the bathroom was a concerning oversight. Overall, some pros but definite room for improvement.Dietary restrictions: Able to fully customize the bowls.

WOW! Ordered the charred chicken bowl and a carrot juice and both were fresh and extremely flavorful. Highly recommend this place and the wonderful helpful staff!

Nice patio for summer days. Portions not as generous compared to the one on Adelaide, higher rice:protein ratio and didn’t ask option to add

I ordered the special for the day - chipotle chicken in the small size for only $12! I think the portions are good and it’s also healthy! Love how they use purple rice as well!

I like Imperfect Fresh Eats' ethos of using imperfect produce to create wholesome bowls that are not only healthy and nutritious, but also delicious and satisfying. You can choose from signature bowls (with pre-defined selection of ingredients) or Build Your Own Bowl.Size choices include large, regular, and snack-size. The regular bowl may seem shallow at first, but it actually comes out to be quite heavy and very filling with lots of content! Then you get to choose the base, protein, and unlimited toppings and sauces. I like that you can customize everything, including any number and combination of bases, proteins, and toppings. All the ingredients are fresh, and they're quite generous with the base / carbs and protein. In terms of the base, I love the black rice, mixed greens, spinach, and roasted veggies. The sweet potato noodles are a bit on the bland side. Because they usually put the base at the bottom before all the toppings, the sauce usually doesn't reach / mix with the base very well. All the proteins are cooked fresh in house, and usually come out warm in the bowl. Vegan protein options include lemongrass tofu, seasonal mushrooms, and vegan chicken. The proteins that I've tried here are very tasty and flavourful (especially the garlic butter shrimps and lemongrass tofu). This location has tables and chairs for dine-in inside, as well as a small patio in front. Most people get take-out or delivery, and it was somewhat empty when we went, but it made for a nice and relaxing dining experience. Food is 5/5 and I wouldn't hesitate to come again.
