What an awfully depressing location. The air inside of there is stale and stagnant, there’s a persistent chirpy beeping coming from some unknown tech in the back, the screens presenting the menu glitch and switch slides so fast you can’t read anything in time before it moves on. The hard copies of their menu somehow have the ink both seemingly rubbed off AND sunbleached, so that’s impossible to read too. I understand why the woman working there gives off the vibe that she’d rather be anywhere else.

I have been a loyal customer to imperfect fresh eats for a very long time. However, I have had 2 very bad experiences that have left a bad taste in my mouth, including putting items in my bowls that I did not ask for, and actually cannot eat. In addition to these bad experiences, when I reached out to customer service, I was blatantly ignored twice regarding the issues I was having. I am not one to post bad reviews but the customer service here is absolutely atrocious - my emails have been ignored and my Instagram DM's have also been "seen" and ignored. I will likely not be returning again due to these experiences and the lack of care for customer satisfaction from this company. There are plenty of other salad/bowl places that I'd rather support who care about their customers satisfaction.

I tried ImPerfect for the first time today and I was a little unimpressed. I ordered a custom bowl online for pick up and there were a few items I selected that were missing. I also ordered a garlic aioli sauce but once I started eating the bowl, it tasted like there was a honey garlic sauce in there as well.
This was somewhat disappointing for a first impression. I love the concept of this place to reduce food waste but they should update their ordering platforms if certain toppings are not available. I’m always looking for different healthy options in Liberty but I don’t see myself returning here.

I am rating this place 4 because I do genuinely like it, and don't want to hurt their rating. I just want to tell the company that on at least 2 occassions, I have taken bites of vegetables that have tasted moldy and had to spit them out. I understand the concept behind the business model and want to support it...but they need to be more diligent when sorting through produce and throw away anything that looks moldy. I will continue going here in hopes that this issue is corrected, because I do very much like the bowls... But I don't like eating moldy food, and if not corrected then I will probably stop going. I order often, so its not every time...but I would say at least twice in the past 2 months. :/ I hope this feedback is helpful.

The best healthy takeout in liberty! I got a regular bowl and the portion was giant, the price was extremely reasonable especially for the area, and they threw in a few soup! The lady I spoke with was so incredibly nice and the food is bomb, just a great spot all around.

Purchased the Chipotle bowl on black rice.Service was agreeable, food was delicious, wholesome and reasonably priced, restaurant was clean and agreeable. Strong recommend.

I've been a really big fan of Imperfect Fresh Eats after discovering them downtown a while back but I'm not sure if they've changed their products and/or preparation methods but I've had the same meal at different locations now and it just hasn't been hitting the same way it used to.As always, I ordered a large Surf n' Turf bowl with roasted potatoes. First thing I noticed was with my sauces: the sweet chilli is the same old delicious sauce but the peanut sauce (which was always the highlight of the meal) was runny and lacking it's old rich nutty flavor! For the bowl itself, I found they gave a lot more noodles and less of everything else (e.g. there was barely any sweet potato mash!) The meat was kind of dry and grainy. The roasted potatoes were hard... It was just overall not very enjoyable which is disappointing considering this used to be a meal I craved and traveled for.
