I tried ImPerfect for the first time today and I was a little unimpressed. I ordered a custom bowl online for pick up and there were a few items I selected that were missing. I also ordered a garlic aioli sauce but once I started eating the bowl, it tasted like there was a honey garlic sauce in there as well.

This was somewhat disappointing for a first impression. I love the concept of this place to reduce food waste but they should update their ordering platforms...

I am rating this place 4 because I do genuinely like it, and don't want to hurt their rating. I just want to tell the company that on at least 2 occassions, I have taken bites of vegetables that have tasted moldy and had to spit them out. I understand the concept behind the business model and want to support it...but they need to be more diligent when sorting through produce and throw away anything that looks moldy. I will continue going here in hopes that this issue is corrected,...

The best healthy takeout in liberty! I got a regular bowl and the portion was giant, the price was extremely reasonable especially for the area, and they threw in a few soup! The lady I spoke with was so incredibly nice and the food is bomb, just a great spot all around.
