The food is definitely something else. It is AMAZING. The DJ they had on Thursday was a total vibe. A really nice place to get shareables and drinks while listening to some great music. MUST try.

This place is amazing I love the food here the chefs know how to cook and were very accommodating with my mushroom allergy. The tacos here are my favourite and the bartender knows how to make a mean cocktail. Will dine here again 10/10

Good tacos and other options.
Service was really bad and can be improved as this place has good potential.
1. Asked for the hot sauce, completely ignored and it never arrived.
2. No cutleries were provided. How do I eat my dish that's soaked in salsa/hummus?
3. Had to ask for water twice before getting it.

I hope others will have a better time than we had. Went in for their taco Tuesday. It was my first ayce taco so I'm not gonna comment too much on food since I don't have a fair comparison.
Three of us ordered a round of margs (some spicy, some regular), a round of tequila shots, and a bunch of tacos to start.
Some of the tacos came out. We didn't have side plates. No water, nothing. They brought the side plates after. Had to ask for water to get it. Had to ask for napkins when tacos are meant to be eaten with hands. At this point we still didn't have our drinks.
It came out as one shot, two margs. It took them a while, three people coming over to our table just to confirm our drink orders.
Meanwhile one of us was vegetarian and we were hoping we would get our food around similar time. Hers came our 15min later then everyone else’s.
Then we ordered our second round of food and we waited good 20-30 min because the kitchen missed the chit. Again the vegetarian tacos came out last.
After so much waiting for food we weren't even feeling that hungry. When we asked for our bill that wasn't also lined up.
I appreciated their transparency on what happened but there were too many miscommunications and hiccups along the way that hindered overall impression and experience of this place.
If you want to go on a shaky roller coaster and wonderland is too crowded for you try this place.

Updated in response to owner's reply:
I wanted a follow up to my initial email communication sent on June 24, which unfortunately did not receive a response from you. Despite our previous conversation where you indicated email or text as the preferred method of contact, I did not hear back from you until after posting a brief review on Google on July 1st, prompting multiple calls from your end.
It is regrettable that it took a public review to elicit a response. I initially attempted to address concerns privately, responding to your subsequent message. I preferred to keep discussions in writing because our last verbal conversation had agreements that were not met and changed without clarification or notice. Nonetheless, you insisted on a verbal conversation.
On July 5th, I proposed scheduling a call for Monday, July 8th, mindful of the busy summer season. Despite this, you left my message unread for two days and responded only at 6:24 PM on July 8th. Rather than addressing my original email or scheduling a timely call, you chose to reply to the Google review, albeit partially. Instead providing a prompt response to a scheduled call, or replying to my original email you responded to the google review. You did respond to some points but not all. I will respond to all your points.
Regarding the contract, I appreciate your acknowledgment, but it remains that our initial agreement on May 8th excluded any minimum spend requirement due to our group size. However, subsequent discussions led by Michelle indicated otherwise without reference to our prior agreement, which we found unprofessional and misleading. Furthermore, the ambiguity surrounding the $1000 deposit and differing interpretations between yourself and Michelle were unprofessional
Regarding food arrangements, Correct you never “suggested” dining. In fact how we meet the minimum spend was not in the contract. Michelle messaged Marie a day before the event, saying “$3000 worth of booze when people haven’t had any food its actually against Smart Serve Guideline” This doesn’t sound like a suggestion, this sounds like pressure, and this caused a lot of stress and anxiety. We did mention during our meeting on May 12th since the event started at 10p, people would have already eaten. Inconveniently, We had to take time out of our day to connect with Smart Serve to verify this information. Again, this was sprung on us the day before. We found this to be a misuse of guidelines, and again unprofessional. More unprofessional was when Marie sent a response, there was no reply from Michelle. And mentioning again via Google Review, still there was no response from you.
Regarding Security, while acknowledged as not contractually obligated, were exacerbated by the absence of signage and the presence of uninvited guests at our private event, including individuals you invited without consultation. Regarding Refund, okay fair, this statement can be corrected. However, when Marie had repeatedly asked Michelle about the refund Michelle consistently did not respond to her inquiry. Again not professional.
In response to your text message, the venue was not provided without cost, as evidenced by the deposit and minimum spend requirement outlined in the contract. The lack of signage allowed uninvited guests to enter, and your invitation of additional friends further compromised the event's privacy.
