Southeast european staple and we slightly smoke them then grill these all beef cevapi. Served with a side of onions, roasted red pepper, hummus and garlic, and lemon Greek yogurt. Served with a side of homemade kettle chips.
Chicken ‘N' Waffles
Marinated for 24 hours then smoked with cherry wood. Tossed in our house dry rub. Served with choice of house made bourbon hot sauce jack daniels BBQ or shishito aioli. Served with a side of homemade kettle chips.
Smoked Tennessee Wings
Marinated for 24 hours then smoked with cherry wood. Tossed in our house dry rub. Served with choice of house made bourbon hot sauce jack daniels BBQ or shishito aioli. Served with a side of homemade kettle chips.
Smoked Brisket Sandwich
In house smoked for a minimum of 12 hours tossed in our homemade jack daniels BBQ sauce topped with a sunnyside up egg. Served with a side of homemade kettle chips.

Truffle Patatas
Potatoes seasoned with Truffle dust, stacked high on a bed of homemade Bravas sauce, topped with Shishito aioli and Iberico Sobrasada.
Venison & Beef Bao Slider
Two Sliders, Ontario venison and beef patty, with panko crusted brie, blackberry, bourbon, bacon jam, chimichurri, and shishito aioli. Served on a bao style steamed bun.
Birria Bao
3 steamed bao buns, slow braised beef simmered for 8 hours. Buns are dipped in our consommé and toasted on our flat top with melted cheese. Served with a side of our birria au jus. Served with a side of homemade kettle chips.
Smoked Brisket Taco
Three Tacos Ontario prime brisket smoked in-house for 15 hours using organic cherry wood. Garnished with pico de gallo, cotija cheese, and house made jack daniel's BBQ sauce.
Chicken 'N' Waffles
Fried Chicken perched on a throne of buttermilk waffles, served with smokey honey butter, beer infused country gravy and maple syrup
Moroccan Baked Cauliflower
Oven baked cauliflower towering above a spread of roasted red pepper hummus and sumac crema, topped with toasted pistachios, pomegranate, and baked pita chips.

Smoked in house for five hours, served with our house made Jack Daniels BBQ sauce.

The food is definitely something else. It is AMAZING. The DJ they had on Thursday was a total vibe. A really nice place to get shareables and drinks while listening to some great music. MUST try.

This place is amazing I love the food here the chefs know how to cook and were very accommodating with my mushroom allergy. The tacos here are my favourite and the bartender knows how to make a mean cocktail. Will dine here again 10/10
