I was recently at Goodlife for a 3-day course. I visited Ion Coffee twice per day on average. Great staff, good atmosphere, and great staff. Also amazing coffee. All of their team are very warm and inviting. The cool dude with the glasses is my favourite. I'll be back next time I'm in the area.

Cozy and incredible cafe located in Danforth avenue.Staff was very nice and friendly. Even though I changed my mind last minute to another drink before taping to pay.I like the decoration there and tried Iced lavender oat latte.

A nice looking space and friendly staff. It is strongly scented due to the soaps on display...so be aware if you're scent sensitive. I purchased a PB chocolate chip cookie - oddly, it was wrapped in cling wrap, presumably to keep it fresh? When I tried a bite, the cookie tasted soapy / floral and I had to toss it. It was inedible. Unfortunately, I would not recommend.
