I’m writing this review with genuine disappointment.
I was a regular at the former iQ location in the TD Tower PATH and always looked forward to their Lima chicken bowl — it was fresh, flavorful, and consistently good. So, when I spotted the iQ sign at this location, I was excited to give it another try after a long time.
Unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. When I walked in, the restaurant was empty — just one staff member at the counter and another in the kitchen, who seemed more interested in scrolling through his phone than attending to orders. After placing and paying for my order, I patiently waited, only to notice that the kitchen staff hadn’t even started preparing my bowl. He kept on scrolling his phone and I had to prompt him before he began working on it. He seemed very disinterested in doing his work.
To make matters worse, when I opened my takeout bowl after coming home, I realized the chicken — the main component — was missing entirely. This was not only disappointing but also careless, likely a result of the staff's inattentiveness.
To top it off, the quality of the food has noticeably declined. This is a far cry from the vibrant, high-quality meals and prompt, professional service that once defined iQ.
Sadly, after this experience, I won’t be returning. You’ve lost a once-loyal customer.
The food is not tasty. You feel only salt, pepper and lemon and nothing else.
Seems they never clean up tables, They are so dirty that your fingers stick to the surface.
Waste of money
The food is great here! I had a spicy chicken caesar bowl and it was awesome! Only downside, is it's quite expensive for what you get, but as a treat once in a while, hard to resist
HEALTH INSPECTION ADVISORY
I made an order for 20 meals for a group at work, as we all usually love this place! We ended up not eating anything because there was a CRICKET in one of the salads. Not one to ever complain but this is absolutely disgusting and none of the orders were eaten because of it. With many feeling sick afterwards as well. Please see the cricket in the photo for proof, but this restaurant desperately needs an inspection if this is happening. Have not been helped by UberEats or the establishment for a refund. Will not go back to this restaurant, until this is resolved!
Salmon bowl was really good - ingredients felt fresh and well cooked for the most part other than the salmon being slightly dry. Sauce was tasty. Portions were good.
I got a hot matcha latte which was only lukewarm though and it was just okay. I would come back for a bowl but not a drink probably.
Healthy and reliable work lunch spot.
I’m a coffee shop person and I really just didn’t like this place. Got a London fog and it was just syrup then got a latte and just… no… maybe I’ll give them another chance another day.
There was a worm in our bowl and the restaurant said they will not do anything
The food was terrible, I would not recommend to anyone who’s looking to enjoy their meal 🤮
Perfectly pulled espresso:) yummy.

Had a Maple Squash bowl from them and it was delicious!
Loved the ingredients and proportions. Would go back.
Their chocolate chip cookies are top tier too.
Only downside is that it’s a bit on the pricey side with bowls starting at about $17 each.

Looking for a healthy Vegan meal option near CN Tower/Roger Center this place has shakes and a nice Vegan Cesar salads. So before after a big game it’s a short walk for healthy food.
