I order here 1-2 a week. Food is always amazing. I’ve personally never ordered in person (I use the app) so I’ve never encountered slow service. Food is always there by the time I arrive.

I have been a regular customer with IQ Food since its first opening at First Canadian Place and a recent move to live in downtown makes me return at least 3 to 4 times weekly. The Wellington location is the best, the food here is all about the organic ingredients, no additives and the sauce is on the side. The acavado toast and the Lima are my regular orders. It is all about nutrition yet the food emits natural flavours that stimulate your appetite. There are a lot of similar...

An ideal place for healthy food options. Located at the financial district and can get very busy during lunch time. Vegetarian options available. Although the price range is on the higher range.
