I really like how transparent IQ is about ingredients and calories in their food. I like how they allow you to customize any bowl and discount the price if you remove items. However, this location is seriously understaffed which creates a lot of issues. On one occasion I found chicken in my bowl. The manager was very understanding and refunded me immediately with extra credit towards another meal. But today my soup was given to me cold, without garnish and my piri piri bowl was...
