I really like how transparent IQ is about ingredients and calories in their food. I like how they allow you to customize any bowl and discount the price if you remove items. However, this location is seriously understaffed which creates a lot of issues. On one occasion I found chicken in my bowl. Very OK! I had the Lima bowl but subbed out the chicken for tempeh. I appreciate they let you do the substitutions like that and don't charge extra. With the description of the bowl (pickled cabbage, "spicy" corn, avocado) i expected it to pop with flavour but it didn't do much. Portions are not huge but fair enough. If you are wanting a bowl, I would opt for Kupfert and Kim which is MUCH more favourful and portions are much bigger.
The portions are small. They should have a dine-in option (rather than only a take-out option) like at Brookfield place, wherethe dine-in bowls are much larger.I don't particularly like a type arugala and wanted to switch to spinach, but was not allowed without a charge of over a dollar. Very strange
