I absolutely love this place. We’ve lived in the area for over 3 years and often order take out from Iruka. We lived in Japan for a year and this place is by far the closest experience to our favourite spots in Osaka. The chefs here are clearly so passionate about their craft: the food is delicious and beautiful. We always make sure that we bring friends from out of town to enjoy Iruka. Lifelong customer in me!

I love the sushi here! The service is excellent and the restaurant is quaint, perfect for date night. We usually get combos for dine in or take out but sometimes we get the sushi trays and they are awesome! Highly recommend, I've been coming he for over 5 years.

I have been going to iruka for a little over three years and everything that I have had so far I’ve been absolutely flavourful my favourite still stands to be the Nagasaki seafood, Ramen is blended with the right spices and flavourful served hot and fresh The staff at the restaurant is always welcoming and they do take extra care of you by checking in a couple of times. Should there be a need for anything even though the place is small but they’re always willing to accommodate everyone at the restaurant.

Staff is not very friendly, and the food is mediocre at best. Feels like you're eating in a storage locker with boxes stacked all over the restaurant. The sushi tasted like the person who made it was smoking. Would not go there again.

One of our go-to places in the area to have a meal before a concert, or before a flight from the nearby airport. The food is great, the service is fast and friendly, and the prices are fair. The restaurant can be pretty crowded with a wait line during busy hours, and the space is quite small. However, in general I would recommend this restaurant.

Super cozy spot near the harbour front. We were a little hungry so we went in for a quick bite. Maki rolls were so tasty. Gyoza were crunchy and super delicious. Miso soup was perfect. Perfect place to grab a quick bite. Will definitely go back!
