Staff is not very friendly, and the food is mediocre at best. Feels like you're eating in a storage locker with boxes stacked all over the restaurant. The sushi tasted like the person who made it was smoking. Would not go there again.
The sushi is amazing, the temperature of the rice was on point and the fish is very fresh, high quality, thick, and delicous

One of our go-to places in the area to have a meal before a concert, or before a flight from the nearby airport. The food is great, the service is fast and friendly, and the prices are fair. The restaurant can be pretty crowded with a wait line during busy hours, and the space is quite small. However, in general I would recommend this restaurant.

Super cozy spot near the harbour front. We were a little hungry so we went in for a quick bite. Maki rolls were so tasty. Gyoza were crunchy and super delicious. Miso soup was perfect. Perfect place to grab a quick bite. Will definitely go back!

Super authentic. Very delicious. I would come back again.
Nice sushi spot with good variety of fish and reasonable portions. I really liked the cut size, relatively on thicker side and not too slim, which made it more enjoyable. We didn’t have a reservation and had to wait a bit to be seated, but overall it was worth it. Would consider going back when in the area.

Loved the Spicy Salmon Roll, and the service was great too! It's right next to the harbor so it's lovely for some sushi with beer after a walk by the water.

Honestly, I just ordered and paid $16+ dollars for a Philadelphia roll amongst other things and this is it?! Even the combo plate is half the size. Iruka, you lost my business!!
Had a great experience here. Friendly service, reasonable pricing and tasty sushi!
Very nice service, cute airy space, and tasty veggie rolls.
Typical Japanese restaurant that serves bento boxes, sushi, sashimi, it does the job in the neighbourhood. Nothing stands out as it serves typical sushi grade and sashimi grade but it fills your tummy.
This place has now become our usual Japanese restaurant in the area coz the new managed Maguro next door jacked up their food pricing by ALOT and offer nothing special. Maguro offers smaller portions, increased pricing that I don't know how long they will survive.
Iruka offers reasonable portion of food and taste. I enjoyed my bento box that offers teriyaki salmon, assorted tempura, the food are nicely prepared and pipping hot when it arrived to us.
Would definitely come back. It's a nice view of the harbour and would fit perfectly for a walk especially during the summer.
UPDATE: Tried their 15pc Sashimi Dinner tonight, they don't offer much variety, mostly salmon so if you don't like salmon, you are pretty much screwed. They have white oil fish, tuna and snapper and then mostly salmon, which was a bit disappointing.
NOTE: They offer 10% discount if you pay cash which is not bad.
