It’s one thing to tell me you haven’t received my order because your iPad is down. Things happen. I can even forgive trying to charge me twice, until I have to pull up the invoice on my credit statement to show I already paid. That’s just good business sense.

But it’s unacceptable that after all of that, you reheat dried ribs and overstated beef and hand me the most poor food because you want to close up shop and go home.

It’s not my problem your system wasn’t functioning. Refunding my money would have been more courteous than serving me bad food after having me wait another 30 minutes.

My colleague and I came here recently. Wonderful customer service, the server was super kind and bubbly, I think her name was Rain. The food was great. My only issue was how cold it was in there. I was even wearing a long sleeve sweater top, but it was still extremely cold beyond explanation. I feel bad for the staff too knowing they have to deal with it everyday. I would love to come back, but I would only hope there will be a warmer environment for me to enjoy my dinner.

Pad Thai was fire!

The noodle was so chewy came out with tasty tamarind sauce perfect cooked

It goes very well with Thai Lemon Tea, pretty love it

I’ve been a loyal customer of Isaan Der for a while now and have always loved their food it’s been one of my favorite spots. But lately, I’ve been really disappointed. The portion sizes for takeout seem to be getting smaller and smaller every month, which is hard to ignore. It just doesn’t make sense, especially when they’re charging over $21 per meal. It’s starting to feel like customers are being taken advantage of. I’m not sure if this happens only through DoorDash or with Uber Eats too, but it’s definitely noticeable. I really hope they fix this, because me and my partner used to genuinely love ordering from here. Be more consistent please.

Love the food at Isaan Der. The service is great and we love all the dishes including Pad Thai and Pad See Ew. Can't wait to return again.

Partner brought this home. Total rip off. $23 and barely any chicken - just a congealed mess of noodles with little flavour.

Google maps hours not accurate. Says it's open till 10 pm. Showed up at 9 pm and they wouldn't serve us. Really disappointing.

Had the tom yum pad thai and it was honestly the best Thai food I've had in as long as I can remember. We also got some starters and my wife got a green curry. Everything tasted great and the service was fantastic.
