Eating Isabella’s mochi donut is like biting into a delightful mix of crispy and chewy texture, with flavors that are both inventive and not overly sweet- perfect for a unique treat that’s just right for sharing.

Came to redeem their student discount which they were not happy with. It was promoted earlier in the day that I went and they made me show them 3 types of proof that I am a student. Meanwhile, I’m carrying a backpack, have my books and am currently in my early 20s. So unfriendly and not welcoming whatsoever.

Poorly made viet Iced coffee. Condensed milk was poured over the iced coffee and did not mix into the coffee well.

I got the chocolate donut, and wow, OMG this is a fancy, blow my mind donut! Taste quality is very high...hence deserving of its costly price. What a unique donut eating experience!

flavours are way too rich, and the donuts are too oily, not worth the price at all.

A cute shop hidden away! First time trying mochi donut and instead of having mochi inside the donut, it’s rather the combination of both! Ordered the pandan crinkle and it’s somewhat like eating a kaya cake! I also tried the curry bun and the curry is very authentic and good, just wish there’s more panko on the bread! I would also love to try the ube bread but it’s all sold out by the time I visited! Would love to come back and try more!

Of course the donuts are absolutely lovely and Isabella's offer a refreshingly unique Japanese/ Asian flavor and texture and admittedly they are extremely addictive as a result.

The Japanese girl working here was just the sweetest and accommodating as she helped me choose the ideal flavors.for a first timer to enjoy and also helped me with the transaction from outside since I was unable to enter the premises as I had a pet. I also grabbed some karé pain which is very difficult to find in TO so I was more than elated

There are so many donut specialty shops in Toronto but it's mostly mediocre in comparison to Isabella's and based on the exceptionally kind service alone I'm happy to pay a little more for these exceptional donuts 5?????

They have new donuts every week but all the bases are always the same just the icing changes, which is not that great cuz most of the icing flavours are weak, coffee or chocolate are the only good flavours, so for $5 a donut it's kinda disappointing. Also don't even bother signing up for the points because it's 800 points for a free box of 6 and you only get 1 point for every dollar spent, even then if you are close to getting a reward they could just randomly change the system and you get screwed and they don't care. Customer service is also horrible.

What are you doing looking at the reviews and then hesitating to go there? Go Go! You have to get started, because these are the best donuts in the world (ok I'm exaggerating). In short, they are divine!!! I would eat one every day if I could (unfortunately I don't live in Ontario). ?
