Island Foods is a must. I went in randomly as a tourist and it ended up being one of the best meals I had in Toronto. The prices are great, the food is super fresh and delicious, and the service was fantastic. The jerk chicken was seasoned perfectly and super juicy. I will absolutely be back when I’m in Toronto again. It’s now one of my favorite spots in the city. Highly recommend.

Been eating at Island Foods since the late 90's and I can honestly say that they have the most consistent, delicious and filling roti's ive ever had. You can tell the family recipe was made with love and it is the best comfort food!
This gem came highly recommended, and it did not disappoint!! The bright colours, clean space, and fun music instantly set the island vibes. The ladies there offered such a warm welcome and truly went above and beyond with their service. And last but definitely not least, the food took me straight back to my childhood. Fresh, delicious, and the perfect amount of pepper. 12/10 ⭐️

Best West Indian food in the GTA! I had the eggplant, spinach and chicken pea Roti and Curry Goat Roti as well as a bunch of doubles. athe service was exceptional. The friendliest staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. It was my first time there but since then have become a repeat customer and always visit whenever I am in the neighborhood.
