The ambiance of Istanbul Kebab is decent, and the staff are friendly, I was disappointed with the quality of the shawarma sandwich. Though it was visually appealing and the presentation was good, the bread was disappointingly hard, making it difficult to enjoy the sandwich fully. Despite the effort put into presentation and the friendly service, the toughness of the bread significantly detracted from the overall experience. Hopefully, this issue can be addressed to elevate the dining experience for the future .Not happy with shawarma sandwich but quantitywise it is good value for money.

The food absolutely delicious and a great introduction to Turkish cuisine. The customer service was incredible and they made us feel welcome and comfortable the entire time, even giving us Turkish tea on the house after we ordered dessert :D The portion sizes were massive and we had enough leftovers for a week. Thank you to the staff for taking care of us and making sure we had a good time. ???
Really great spot at Yonge and Eglinton, MASSIVE portions, excellent, attentive service, highly recommend this place, complimentary tea to finish the meal was a nice touch.
