Jack Astor's Bar & Grill Airport

We visited on a slow Monday night this week and received wonderful service from Stephanie! She was knowledgeable about the menu, kind and attentive. The food could use some improvement with the Spinach Dip being the absolute worst I’ve had to date, the mac and cheese being grainy and my chicken tenders being tough and unseasoned. The restaurant itself is clean and service was exceptional so I would definitely visit again.

This was my go-to restaurant near the airport, but after my last visit, I will never go there again. Requests for extra napkins, extra salsa, and a refill on three different occasions all go unanswered. I guess if you don't care about your customers, I won't care about your business.

Ashley was Amal amazing server! She talked to us like we were friends and asked about the Taylor Swift concert and complimented our brackets! She was quick with the food, drinks and made sure everything was the way we ordered! Amazing service!

Was there on Friday with my daughters. Our server Brie was friendly and asked us to do a Google review for her at the end of our meal. As many reviews as we can becuse she’s in a contest with the other servers to win a bottle of wine. For the most reviews? Or most good reviews? Maybe? She also said we’d get a coupon for every review. So my order was screwed up. Wings had no sauce. Asked for a lime for my drink. No lime. Brought the wings to her attention didn’t even bother with the lime. I got some sauce for my wings on the side. Now maybe I’m wrong but when your customers order is messed up maybe you shouldn’t be asking for a many reviews as possible so you can win a contest. Maybe you should focus on your job so that you get a “good” review.

I don’t think I’ll be using that coupon any time soon as the service is seriously lacking in this place. Be it the servers or the kitchen.

Parham was our server. He was very attentive and friendly. Service from him was fantastic. Food was good, however I didn’t really find the fries to be fries and seemed like they had been under the lamp for a bit. Otherwise I feel the experience was great. The amount of Christmas Decor was impressive. Not an inch of space was missed.

We went for a function at this location and the service was almost comedically bad. It was almost a fight to give them money. From the time we arrived to the time we finally had drinks in hand was easily 90 minutes, tack on another 45 before food started rolling out.
Arrival: nobody knew anything about our reservation. Six staff standing around confused as hell couldn't figure it out. Eventually the manager shows up (God bless him he really tried) turns out they had our reservation under the wrong name.
The wait staff couldn't have cared less about us. They'd be the first to whine that ppl tipped poorly but all we got was indifference and attitude. We were literally reduced to begging someone to take our orders. The only bright spot was the one bartender and I wish I knew her name. She was a pro and an absolute gem.
