We went here for dinner. To start they had the music cranked so loud, we couldn't hear our server or her us. However, the kicker was my dessert that I got to go lol This is supposed to be for two people...maybe 1 bite each? LOL including photos with a business card so you can understand the scale of how small this is!
ashley was amazing and the food was great! she checked on us frequently, it’s like she was always there :) delicious food as well!!
Kristen was knowledgeable and offered suggestions about food and drinks. She was very friendly and helpful
Kristen was great! Good atmosphere.
Good food, clean, fast service, friendly server Bri who was attentive and professional
Had a fantastic time. Nicole was our server and she was amazing.
Nicole was excellent. She was knowledgeable and let us know about the summer menu. Pleasant and prompt.
We had not been to this particular location in three years. In that time the menu options were fewer and the portions are now smaller for what they are now charging (I would always order the Asiago Chicken Bow Ties). Our server was polite and accommodating, but she clearly had a lot tables on her hands. Our food also took an incredibly long time as we watched many tables who were seated after us...get served. We ordered the Jack's bread which came out promptly, but then we were there an hour before our meals arrived. But I think what will keep us from ever going back there is that they now only seen to be catering to a GEN-X generation. Constant loud hip hop blasting from the speakers with the odd Ed Sheeran song thrown in an attempt to balance it out (it didn't). We know this as the music was on a loop. My 81-year old mother did not want to hear Snoop Dogg, let alone the same song three times while we were there. This a restaurant on Airport Road. People come here before possibly boarding a flight or want a meal when they have just returned from somewhere. With all of the restaurants in that area, there is no need for us to give them our money ever again. Boston Pizza, Scaddabush and Montana's are more family friendly options and hopefully food within an hour of ordering
Burger and Asiago Chicken Caesar salad were quite good Ashley, our server was amazing. Friendly attentive and knowledgeable. We were seated quickly at table of choice Lots of sports on TV. A good variety
I am gluten intolerant and jack astors is one of my go to dining spots. Our waitress Cam went out of her way to ensure the safety of my meal. Thanks!

was a busy evening but staff attended to our party of 14 extremely well. we were not able to be seated all together but we were all close most of us were at the bar and Justin/Eva were our bartenders/servers. (Sir) Justin was more on our side of the bar. He was phenomenal. He was fun, attentive, made sure we all had everything we needed and he literally made our night. Would visit this location again. The hostesses were so friendly and welcoming. We were all very impressed
Horrible experience here. After we got sat, our waitress came to our table, wrote her name on the table and left. We waited 30 minutes for her to come back to take our drink/ food order. We sat without drinks and food for another 45 minutes. Another waitress noticed we had been sitting there for a while with no food or drinks (not even water) and asked if we had placed our order, after telling her what happened, our food came out 10 minutes after... everything was stale, fries were stale and dried up, chicken strips were soggy and drenched in oil & our drinks were not made correctly. Waitress did not end up coming back to the table until it was time to pay. The restaurant was not even busy for the waitress to not be able to attend to us at all. This was a complete waste of time and money. DO NOT eat here.
The food and service are always top notch. The noise levels is expected as what it would be like in a family QSR. This isn't a quiet date night spot, more like a casual dinning experience with a significant other or friends.
We had the most amazing time, I took out my best friend for her bday and the servers did the most to make our night so special. Shout out for having such an amazing team during the holiday season, we really appreciated it <3
We visited on a slow Monday night this week and received wonderful service from Stephanie! She was knowledgeable about the menu, kind and attentive. The food could use some improvement with the Spinach Dip being the absolute worst I’ve had to date, the mac and cheese being grainy and my chicken tenders being tough and unseasoned. The restaurant itself is clean and service was exceptional so I would definitely visit again.
