Was working in the area and my colleague and I wanted some nice beer and wings to finish the day.Dropped in and the place is beautiful typical Jack Astor. Server was fine experience lady except She had almost 30 tables to look after and we had to wait quite a while for anything... food and drink was fine and so far was a great day indeed. But delay in service and order was just too much that I had to deduct stars...

We attended this location this weekend with a large group (approx 60 people) as a hockey team. The restaurant was very busy with several other large reservations with a large tournament in town. This was by far the most seamless, well organized team dinner we have ever been apart of and there have been many. The service was wonderful, the meals and drinks were all great. Any dietary issues were handled very professionally and carefully. It was a truly great experience for our whole team.A special mention goes to our server Amanda, she was truly wonderful and excels at her job! She made this experience one that stood out for us from a good restaurant experience to a great one.Vegetarian options: Lots of options for vegetariansDietary restrictions: They were very careful and specifically delivered a gluten free dish for a person with celiacKid-friendliness: Given we had approx 20 kids there it was great

Took one of our biggest clients here (group of 18) and had the worst service I’ve ever experienced. 30 min to get our first round of drinks, server never checked on us, 60 min to just place our order, and 90 min for our food to arrive. It was so embarrassing for us to take our clients here, and the restaurant still had the nerve to charge automatic gratuity to the bill.
