One of the best jack astor's location. It is a bit busy compared to others I have gone to, but it’s worth it. Food is great and the servers are kind and quick too! Also love it cause we love going there after watching a movie and can walk over here right after :) the chicken is also halal!

This was not my first visit to Jack's Sherway. We really enjoy the atmosphere here, which is why we keep coming back. We came in the evening and chose to sit on the patio. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
My boyfriend ordered his favorite — the Chicken Parmesan — and I decided to try something new: the steak with blue cheese salad and some fried calamari. It turned out to be the best decision! The combination of the meat and the salad was incredibly delicious. The only downside was that I ordered the steak medium, but it came well done — still, it tasted great.
Where we were sitting, we could easily watch the screen and enjoy the background music. Overall, the service was excellent and I was very satisfied. It's a lovely place to spend time.
The only downside for me was the presence of mice running around near the tables outside, which made it a bit hard to fully relax and enjoy the atmosphere. I assume this wouldn't be an issue if you sit inside.
All in all, I recommend this place and I will definitely return again!

Came in for lunch with the family , Jacyn our server was fantastic, customer service top notch! , food seemed very fresh , very impressed! , square one is closer for us but we travel a bit more because we know this particular location always delivers !

I had a great experience at this Jack Astor's! Even though we were only there for drinks, the service we received from Jaycn was excellent. She was incredibly attentive, checking in on us regularly without being intrusive. She had such a friendly and upbeat attitude that really made us feel welcomed. It’s not often you find someone so personable and genuinely engaging—she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
I’ll definitely be coming back—not just for the drinks, but for the exceptional service from Jaycn.

There was a huge and very loud kids group. We should have been seated further from their table instead of being told ‘sorry in advance'.

Server was just great. Seated and had to wait for third party but server came back immediately when the 3rd guest arrived. The food was perfect.. the music is just a tad to loud for conversations but we dealt with it. I always enjoy the food at Jack Astor's. The server are always polite and great at their jobs. Thanks

Food was over-seasoned and overdone. Best part of our meal was my daughter's dessert-a cookie which wasn't even warm as advertised.

We had dinner at Jack’s Sherway on January 10, 2025 at approx 7pm (2 adults and 2 teens). Our server was Anastasia. Possibly some of the worst service we have received in a long time. My teenage sons ordered the new N/A dirty soda- Shark drinks. The large glasses came full to the top with ice, leaving little to no room for the actual drinks. I would say 2 mouthfuls? My son asked about eh Mac and cheese and our server said that she can not tolerate any spice but liked this dish. He went ahead and ordered it and it was not edible due to the spice. I myself love spice and found this spicy. Our server went MIA for most of our meal. We really needed to order more drinks and by this time my one son was on fire with the heat. Went our server finally re-appeared I explained that the original drinks weee only ice and that we would like them remake and also that my son was unable to eat his food due to the heat. After rolling her eyes at me our server left for another 10 plus mins before reappearing with the drinks. And then she went MIA again? We sat with empty dishes and 8 empty glasses on the table for another 20 mins. Finally she came back and we asked for the bill (my one son still had not eaten and she did not follow up on my comment that it was too spicy for him). When the bill came we were charged for the first (empty drinks)…. We just paid and left as asking for a manager at this point seemed pointless. The bill was just under $200 for 4 of us and the other meals and apps were just okay. Not sure if we would go back.

I called Jack Astor's Sherway to ask if I could take care of the bill for some friends of mine that were celebrating their anniversary there...restaurant policy doesn't allow them to take credit card payments over the phone, but Darcy went out of their way to comp an appetizer for our friends and make their anniversary that much more special.
