Had a lovely evening at this location- It was my first time and I was pleasantly surprised! The interior is super fun and clean. Their caesar was VERY YUMMY. Our server, Andriy was a natural- super warm, funny and fun to talk to! He made the whole experience so much better!!Will come back just for his excellent service.

Been to this location a couple of times. Food is always great, service is fine. Not happy with the service I recently received. Our waiter was rarely around to ask for anything. At one point walking around he dropped a knife by the table, accidents happen, but he left it there for at least half an hour. I ordered food which was great. I ordered my second drink which slipped out of my hand and spilled all over the table. I wasn't able to clean it since we had no napkins. So I waited about 20-25 minutes until he came by again. I explained what happened and asked for cleanex. He brought me cleanex and I tidied up the mess. And he charged me for it anyways...
I came to Jack’s for an evening out with my parents, and had a wonderful time. We split their chicken nachos, hot wings, and to top off the evening, the chocolate malted brownie (a classic) ?We had the pleasure of being served by Martina, who was super helpful and friendly from start to finish. I especially appreciated her checking on us throughout the meal to make sure everything was going well.Vegetarian options: Veggie nachos

No problem! This is my second time eating at your fine establishment, and I am 100% satisfied. Tonight was great.....I came with my friend we both had Cajun Salmons, it was fantastic, our drink was also great. We had virgin Mango mojitos, the served was very kind and nice too. Thanks for your amazing service and great tasteful food.
