i'm lol'ing at the reviews and at my poor boyfriend who bought from one of their "restaurants". the pictures look like garbage on the apps so pretty obvious the food will be garbage in person too.- the burgers are store bought - i buy the same ones from metro.- the fries are clearly frozen- it is a crime to call fries, cheese and gravy poutine when you use shredded cheese and not curds$40 for two store bought burgers and two poutines. oof.

Ordered a regular burger with a fried egg on it and Greek fries. I laughed out loud when I opened the package, there was literally a sprinkle of feta on the fries. And the fried egg that I ADDED TO the burger...was on the side. The burger itself tasted store bought and the fries seemed to be frozen bag fries... What the hell? Worst food ever...close down asap, or burn it down for the insurance money...food is horrible and no one should ever order from here again. If you want a burger, go get some McDonald's ...you'll at least get what you pay for.

Ordered 2 veggie burgers through Foodora. One was churro, the other was a donut burger. They both came as churro, the most tasteless churro I've ever had and it was sopping wet from the oil. The veggie burger was super dry and had a very specific flavour profile that would probably only work for a falafel burger. I tried the patty and the churro on their own and it was honestly the worst burger I've ever had. The fries we got were obviously compliments freezer fries. Not crispy or worth the money.I'm not one for 1 stars but don't waste your time or money. Sorry to the business owners but I'm also sorry I'm out $30 bucks and had to waste 2 whole meals, it was a first for me.

Ordered on UberEats, worst food I’ve ever had. Soggy fries, lots of them raw. Some of the order didn’t even show up. Then there was the bacon added to my burger...it was totally uncooked, and it was just a giant piece of fat, there was no meat to the bacon at all. Never order from here, they are the worst place!

Tastes like freezer burger and freezer fries. Costs over $30 on uber eats....tasted like freezer food I could of made for a fraction of the price.

Every part of Jackpot Chicken is exactly what a dining experience should be. The dishes are conceived in a way that simultaneously uses unique and interesting flavor combinations while maintaining a feeling of comforting familiarity. The food is exquisitely prepared, and plated in generous portions while served by friendly, knowledgeable staff.
