Jaclyn's was my go to for so many years via Uber Eats when I lived in the east end. portions are generous, it's delicious and super consistent. I would order almost once a week and would never have an issue. since moving to the west end I've been trying to find a place that even SLIGHTLY comes close to Jaclyn's but I can't. so I decided to cater a small party so that I could finally eat it again after nearly a year, and I'm soo glad I did! delivery person was pleasant and helpful, arrived 15 mins early, and everything was fresh and delicious as always, with rave reviews from my guests! best part was leftovers for the following 2 days. I'l always be die hard for Jaclyn's and will find every excuse I can to eat there. please open a west end location 😭😭 thank you so much!

I went here and got a large oxtail meal and some jerk chicken specials($10). Both the jerk chicken and the oxtail are very good. The jerk is the right amount of spice and oxtail was nice and tender. The portion on the oxtail meal was well worth the price ($25). Going to have to come back and try something else!

It's great. Delicious, generous portions and great flavour. Ready quickly and friendly service. It's a small place meant for take out or a few seats and in season, there's a street patio. Our fav - boneless jerk chicken with coleslaw - a large will feed 3.

This is the spot. Adding it to my rotation of primo jerk joints (in good company with Mr. Jerk, Chubby, Roywoods). Met who might have been Jaclyn and she was so sweet and helpful. We got a large jerk chicken with oxtail gravy, peas and rice, and coleslaw. The food was DELICIOUS and so nice and spicier than what you’d normally get from jerk, and cooked just right for the meat to be succulent and not overcooked and falling off the bone and so well seasoned. The large meal fed two of us. We also got a patty, which was very chewy and interesting (unlike usually the super flaky style), the filling left a little to be desired, but can’t recommend the main meals enough. Ate in front of the place on a really cool and windy day!

EDIT: It’s JUDY. Judy is the one always holdin’ it down at Jaclyn’s, she is the sunshine that emanates out of this establishment and they’re so lucky to have her! Judy’s the best. :)

Fantastic food and very friendly staff!!
My wife and I ordered the special. She had the jerk chicken with rice and beans and vegetables. I had the barbeque chicken with the same and the coleslaw. Both were excellent, although both of us also thought that the jerk chicken Was to die for. Thanks for a great meal at your outside table.

OMG. This place is cozy but food is just amazing. I ordered goat roti & my friend order veggie roti & can't explain the taste & portions. You must try, you can't go wrong. Jaclyn & her staffs are just awesome. Try here once i bet you, you be back..
