By far the best steakhouse I have ever been to all over the world, and I’ve been to a couple. Excellent hospitality, cocktails, starters, steaks and atmosphere 🙏🏻🥇🥩🇨🇦 Two days in a row, wish it could be three, but Norway is calling ✈️ - If you want to have steak while in Toronto, this is THE place to go.

Celebrated my birthday and overall it was a nice experience. The scallops, ribeye steak with the accompanying sauces, the potato gratin and garlic shrimp were great. The complimentary pastries provided at the end of the dining experience was a nice touch. However, the noise level was too high to hear the server at times who often bent over to be heard or hold a conversation with your guest.

Jacobs & Co. is not a place I can afford to go to regularly, but their service and food is so exceptional that, when I want to spend this kind of money on a special experience, it's the place I choose.

I really appreciate the staff for acknowledging my 5-year anniversary with my partner, and for being friendly and knowledgable too! You made our special night that much more special and we left with a wonderful memory. Thank you!

Complimentary bread with garlic herb butter was phenomenal. Mediterranean salad with pecorino, walnuts, mandarins, and olives were good. Sea Bass was not bad, duck fat French fries were good as well. Portions are very large

Had the lunch set for $49. The Caesar salad barely had any dressing, the pea sprouts had too much butter, and the steak was just fine. Desserts were good though, and the service was attentive and friendly. Overall the food was underwhelming.

Decor, service and food were by far an amazing experience. Look forward to our next visit.
Steak on point.

The fame precedes this place. This is in fact the best steak house not in Toronto or Canada but I risk to say that I ever have been to. And believe me when I say that I have been to a LOT of steak houses in the worldwide.

Jacobs & Co. has always been the best restaurant in Toronto, now it's the best restaurant in Toronto in a beautiful new, modern space. Phenomenal decor, excellent service and hands down the best food you'll find, not only in Toronto, but in all of Canada.

Absolutely amazing lunch. Michelin star service, and I don't say things like that very often.

Love the new venue! It's bright and airy and a welcome change to the original! They've introduced new food offerings including fresh seafood in addition to their traditional offerings. The popovers with garlic butter are always so incredible! The beet salad was adorned with honeycomb which was my favourite part. The sides of asparagus and mushrooms left more to be desired. I tried the bay scallops, which although delicious, I would've liked to be a bigger portion especially for the individual price. The tiger prawns were generous and a nice lighter option. Their selection of steaks is incredible and cooked to your liking. They've launched a new lunch menu as well, which is great for those looking for a new spot in the downtown core. The service was attentive and it was great to see so many familiar faces. There were a few glitches during service and dining, but to be expected as they had just opened. Overall a great experience!

Jacob's continues its 'best in class' food and service in their beautiful new location at CIBC Square. They truly outdid themselves with this new restaurant, and I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for top quality steaks, wines and experiences.

We were greeted effusively and seated promptly. They never acknowledged my request upon being seated in a certain section with the restaurant at 50% occupancy. Once I mentioned it then they decided to move my table. Carlo the server was fantastic. The ambiance was very nice and the food was delicious but overpriced for what you get in size. A few bumps but a nice place. Not sure I'd return when back in Toronto. Thank you Chef.

We are 10-year Jacob's regulars. That said, we have tried essentially every last steakhouse in the city, and several of the World's Top 101 Steakhouses in other places. Jacob's has always been a category killer with regard to the cuts of beef it would offer and the perfection to which they were cooked. Now, in its new location, there is no question that it will reign supreme among steakhouses not only in this city, but also the world over. From the millisecond you walk in and see the new bar and lounge area flanked by floor to ceiling glass walls looking out to the lower Bay St. city skyline you realize you've just entered a place unlike any you've entered before, and you know it's going to be a good night. The new turn towards elite crudo seafood sashimi and tartare offerings only enhance what was already one of the best overall menus for any restaurant genre, anywhere. And leaving the table side Caesar salad prep as an option was epic. Jacob's is now a category crusher, not just a killer, and the race is on for the number two steakhouse in Toronto, because this clear number one will never be unseated. Is it cheap? No. But it can't be, nor should it be, based on the level of quality they are serving you. It's not cheap for them, either. Generally, “Price vs. Quality” can be subjective at both the low end and the high end of the dining spectrum. And while some places paint bite-sized food on the plate and charge you a fortune, at Jacob's it is objectively clear that while you're paying the price you're also getting the experience of a lifetime. And you're leaving unable to eat another bite. This place's surroundings have clearly grown into its kitchen mastery. And with the GO Train dropping you off literally 3 stories directly below the restaurant in its new location without the need to even step outside why even drive and park, especially during winter? Bravo Jacob's. I gave you 5 stars across the board because OpenTable wouldn't let me give you 10 stars. 👏 🥩

The main dish was excellent, both types of steaks were excellent. The side dishes were a disappointment.

Incredible experience. The steak was beautiful. I loved the sauces and seasonings and the service was A1. Next time I am in Toronto, must visit again
