Honestly, I really wanted to like their latte, but it’s been not the best I’ve had in Toronto. I even gave it a second try, but half the cup was just foam and it disappeared after a few sips. The staff are fine not overly friendly, but not rude either. The space is very dark, heavy atmosphere makes the place feel a bit suffocating.

By far the best coffee and hot chocolate in Toronto!
Jet Fuel Coffee Shop is such a sweet little gem that I stumbled onto while I was strolling through trendy Cabbagetown where all the trendy and ultra cool people hang out.
Jet Fuel is more than just a coffee shop it's a local commune where all members, from different social and economic, to ages, to professions etc. come together to enjoy one's own company, the positive & groovy vibes and the amazingly delicious coffee!
If you're really looking to get your day energized then you definitely have to try their own specialty coffee called the Jet Fuel which is a mix between a Latte and a Cappuccino! It's so delicious and it's a great 'I need to wake up!' in a tall glass of happiness.
And the cookies are so delicious and baked right inside the cafe!
Great hot chocolate as well, which is going to be a must in the next couple of days as winter approaches us.
The decor is unique as well with bicycles and bicycle pedals lining the walls.
The customer service is fantastic as well.
All the coffee drinks are amazing. Hot or Cold you can't go wrong!
So if you're looking for that old style, rustic, cool vibes of a place to just hang out and drink some ultra amazing coffee then Jet Fuel Coffee Shop is definitely the place you want to be!

I’ve been coming to JetFuel for around twenty years whenever I’m in Cabbagetown, and it’s still one of my favorite spots. Perfect place to grab an Americano, sit by the window, and people-watch. You’ll always see something entertaining on Parliament Street so it’s basically free reality TV. The place hasn’t changed much over the years, and that’s a good thing. It’s got that same rustic, worn-in vibe and seriously great coffee that keeps you coming back. A true Cabbagetown classic love it here.

I found this fabulous coffee shop i didn't even know was on Parliament Street. It is a true gem for coffee and food. The moment you step inside, the warm and inviting atmosphere envelops you, with the scent of freshly brewed coffee wafting through the air. The eclectic decor, featuring local art and cozy seating, creates a perfect location for both work and relaxation.
My visit made me feel very welcomed and I can't wait to return. The customer service was fantastic..I enjoyed my hot chocolate.
