Ordered a chicken souvlaki plate and after taking two bites realized the chicken was not properly cooked - still wet/squishy and pink 🤮

Threw it out - what a waste.

What a rip off, went to jimmy the greek at waterpark today, ordered a chicken souvlaki pita and the cashier saw i was having issue so he pressed the button on the payment machine. But when I review my bill later he add a tip of $2.10 (Which i didnt request). But he added it as a CHANGE entry on the receipt. Which means he provided change to me which he didn't.
I went back to complain and they refunded the money. I will never go back. How dishonest can you get, you lost your integrity. See picture.

Loved it! I've been coming for months, always consistent. Super tasty, great portions and nice team.

I go for chicken souvlaki meal or spinach pie meal. The chicken pita is pretty good too if you want something to eat on the go.

Pretty busy sometimes but they prepare each meal really fast so it moves.

Vegetarian options: Spinach pie meal is very good. Comes with great tzatziki too for dipping.

Kid-friendliness: lots of kid friendly options like rice and veggies. Chicken is already cut up into bites.

Wheelchair accessibility: In the path on second level, no doors/steps required.

I visit this Jimmy the Greek at least once a week. My typical order is the chicken souvlaki plate. Food and service is always great. Staff is also very friendly!

If you go during lunch time, there is usually a long line, but it moves quickly. They have a very efficient system.

I wish there was a negative option. What a clown show. The employees are straight off the boat from Africa and barely speak any English. Got my order totally wrong. You'd think if you can't read or understand English, you can at least make my order match the picture I pointed to on the menu. I should have just walked away. I paid too much for the most unsatisfying meal of my entire trip. The hiring manager should be deported along with the employees.

I loved ordering the chicken souvlaki. I really liked the Greek salad and the creamy Greek sauce. The service was very fast. The food is fresh and the portions are extremelly generous. I’ll come back soon.
