THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I’ve ever experienced in my entire life.
They charged me TWICE for my meal. I came back and showed them the transactions, the manager said it was probably a mistake from my end and I had to wait if I wanted the money back. I waited for more than 10 minutes and they completely ignored me, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. At the end I walked away and let them have my money. Never coming back, food wasn’t even that good.

All meals is only lettuce, what a food.

It is extremely expensive to serve only lettuce.

I've been to many Jimmy the Greek locations over the decades, and this one located at the Dufferin Mall food court is by far the best I've been to. The food is very tasty and always fresh. The salad is always green, never rusty. To top it off the people there like Mehrdad and Amouda (forgive my spelling) are hard working, and very friendly people. 5 ⭐️

I have never been able to eat lamb chops. It seems that the man at Dufferin Mall is lazy. It's always the same. Today,, they had them, I ordered them and they said they would be there in 15 minutes. I sat right in front of them and when 10 minutes had passed I went over to pay and the man said he had called me and since I didn't go there was none. He's a really rude guy!

Wouldn't allow me to add a small spoon of rice, or olive, or even cucumber to the wrap. I offered to pay extra, but they refused. Why would all of these toppings be laid out, when you're not allowed to order them. It's absurd.

Ordered via Uber eats. salad had the stock of lettuce included in the salad. The part you're supposed to discard when preparing lettuce it is disgusting. Never again.

I love this location. Wish they had the "Steak Meal" that I have seen before at the Eaton Center, but the Chicken Souvlaki is always flavorful and tender. Potatoes are amazing too. The two men that usually work there always offer a smile and fast service. Get extra Tzatziki.

I loved the Spinach Pie that comes with a full meal. It is very rare that I would like something that’s savoury and cheesy at the same time. Spinach Pie Meal is the only vegetarian option to order.

All the meat are so burn which makes the meat taste so bitter when I eat it. I thought it will just be one in a while like that. But all the time, it’s burnt so bad. Already complained directly to the main man in the store, nothing happened after.
