I normally don’t write bad reviews about workers but two bad experiences two weeks in a row with this location with the Filipino lady. She gives attitude and does not listen to my orders.

This place getting soooo cheap!!! They reduced the take away box so they can give you much less food!!! They are robbing you literally!!! The amount of food is way less than before!!
Never again!!!

Visited this location and ordered a chicken souvlaki. I asked for rice inside my pita which I would have paid for but was told NO! In this industry give customers what they want. I will not return to this location

the chicken was very dry.
the potatoes are very hard.
the only good part of the meal was the salad.

Been going to that location for many years, but in the last 2 years, it has changed with the way they discriminate against you because you are buying pork souvlaki. For example.. I asked my daughter to get me pork souvkaki that she didn't eat, but I do and the guy saw her wearing a hijab and told her why she was eating pork?!!! Not cool 😑 do your job, and serve without any comments.

This place is horrible. One of the worst and bad for the name. I actually love Jimmy the Greek, just not this location. This location just manages to disappoint time after time. Chicken is consistently dry and portions are always comparably much smaller than any other location. You'd think I'd learn my lesson and stop going here, but every so often I give it another shot and they miss just miss the mark. Which is why I left the review so others can know. Oh and by the way if you order on Uber ears they'll send all orders in 2 small containers, ALWAYS. Which is much less food for oddly enough a more expensive price. And I'm sure they'll say it's the same, it's not. Had a friend buy it there while I ordered mine. Friend came over and once my food arrived we compared it, I wish I took a picture cause believe me it's not equal.

The staff should have clean hands and nails and at least a little joy to serve customers. The roasted chicken was good, also the potatoes but the rice tasted different.

I ordered the calamari off uber eats, this is not a full portion. Extremely disappointed

They didn't have falafel for some reason. Had something else but it wasn't very good.

Everytime I buy Jimmy the Greek it’s always full of either rice or salad. But never have I seen less salad in 3 bites 😭 and it was end of the day.

THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE I’ve ever experienced in my entire life.
They charged me TWICE for my meal. I came back and showed them the transactions, the manager said it was probably a mistake from my end and I had to wait if I wanted the money back. I waited for more than 10 minutes and they completely ignored me, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. At the end I walked away and let them have my money. Never coming back, food wasn’t even that good.

All meals is only lettuce, what a food.

It is extremely expensive to serve only lettuce.

I've been to many Jimmy the Greek locations over the decades, and this one located at the Dufferin Mall food court is by far the best I've been to. The food is very tasty and always fresh. The salad is always green, never rusty. To top it off the people there like Mehrdad and Amouda (forgive my spelling) are hard working, and very friendly people. 5 ⭐️

I have never been able to eat lamb chops. It seems that the man at Dufferin Mall is lazy. It's always the same. Today,, they had them, I ordered them and they said they would be there in 15 minutes. I sat right in front of them and when 10 minutes had passed I went over to pay and the man said he had called me and since I didn't go there was none. He's a really rude guy!
