Had the salmon dinner with salad, rice and potatoes This location is in a food court.
Got food poisoning after eating the chicken souvlaki meal
I ordered here few times and one of my order was gyros pita, which was pretty good and I really enjoyed it. My another order was chicken(maybe another meat) souvlaki meal and the problem was in potato, it was extremely sour, I understand that this is Greek cuisine and usually potato prepared with citric acid, but that time it was too much

Undercooked chicken, very rude workers, they do not care about your health.

I got chicken souvlaki but the chicken was very undercooked. As soon as I realized, I went back to the store but they denied me a refund and also were unwilling to check whether the remainder of the same batch of chicken was undercooked for other customers. When I was denied a refund, they said it is because I already had some of the food. I believe this is expected as it’s how I found out the chicken was undercooked. Their food is not safe to eat and if anything goes wrong, they’re unpleasant to deal with. There are other Jimmy the Greek locations nearby — I advise going to those ones instead.

Disgusting food. I ordered a souvlaki dinner and got the toughest meat ever. I’ve used to work in. A food court and I know when the meat is a day old warmed up meat.
I can’t believe they served me a burnt day old hard meat.
When you see that the lady is soaking the skewer on water, that means it’s old hard meat most likely day old food.
Don’t eat here!

Similar experience to other reviewers, the employees there have an attitude problem and are not friendly. You would think post-pandemic and in the entertainment/financial district, you would appreciate your customer base, but quite the opposite. Also, the chicken souvlaki meal is mediocre, with dry chicken, hard rice and limited vegetables pieces in the salad. Not worth it for $13.99, even with the bar set low. There are much better options, such as Mr. Souvlaki in Simcoe Place food court on the other side, which is far superior.I've given them a few chances but with the employees being consistently rude, it's not recommended.

My go to place for lunch while at work. The food is always great and the service exceptional. I've been buying my lunch from there for the last 10 years and quality is always there. The staff are very friendly and the portions are generous. 5* service always.

Good food, good people. Always greeted with a smile.
Poker face , eat somewhere else that friendly service. Hope it close down
Had a gyro dinner for lunch and it was the driest I’ve ever had!!! It was more like jerky. Even the tzatziki didn’t help it. I’ve had lunch here before - gyro and chicken souvlaki - but this was the first bad lunch I’ve had here. It’s not like I went to lunch late in the day. It was noon so I’m not sure why they had stale, dry gyro selling for lunch.
