A fun spot near University of Toronto that is Jimmy themed (Carter, Hendrix, Kimmel, etc). Great coffee and tasty pastries.

It was busy when I visited on a Sunday. It's a good cafe in which to study given the seating area. The staff was super kind.

This is the first Jimmy's coffee that I went to and have since been a few times! The iced jimmys own is my favourite! Staff is friendly. Some selection of pastries, muffins, cookies, etc. It was a nice change from you're regular Tim Hortons or Starbucks

Friendly atmosphere and coffee was comparable to other good independent cafes and well above SB !

My daughter and I enjoyed our specialty coffee at a recent in-restaurant experience. We also enjoyed the excellent service and the atmosphere & decor.
One improvement would be to return to ceramic cups for dine-in's, to truly raise to the level of commanded price of the items on the menu.

A cold brew coffee costs just $3 (tax included) as part of a temporary summer promotion - great value for a drink of solid quality.
The location is a bit of a mixed bag: while convenient in some ways, it lacks standout appeal. Pastry options are quite limited, though having a Krispy Kreme next door helps make up for it.
Service is functional but impersonal - efficient but not warm. The ambiance is average, offering plenty of seating for solo work or casual meetups, but with minimal character or creativity in the design.

At the Royal York location; No ceramic mugs to use to avoid waste and generally bad music. Hard to read and concentrate when the music is grunge.
Jimmy’s has simply the best coffee in the city. What do they put in this stuff?!?
