I just watched one of the ladies who work here run an entire block this morning with no coat on in -10 degree weather to return an item that was left behind by a customer. Not one to leave a review before trying the place myself but this just shows that they truly care. And that is really rare. Will be stopping by next time I forget my lunch!
These folks could not be more pleasant or helpful if they tried
what a beautiful experience!,,

Thank you JJ's. I was in Toronto for medical appt. 8 hour fast required beforehand. Famished by time appointment finished.
JJs just closed. Saw me at door and so kindly invited me in, warmly welcomed me and packed my husband and I a delicious lunch. We then hurried off to exit city before traffic picked up. Very very appreciated. And really good food at a reasonable price.

Really love this place for a quick drop in breakfast or lunch. They are an old school office restaurant that is long on value and hospitality. Everything was great in my visit.

Great classic Deli lunch spot. Wonderful owners and food is simple and fresh. Will make this a regular stop when near Davisville. Thanks!

Good food, nice people. Their sandwiches are homemade, all under $10 and delicious.

Worst food in the city of Toronto. Food is pure trash. Low quality ingredients. Full of cornstarch, sugar and chemicals. Overpriced and toxic ingredients. Special is type2 diabetes!

The food was excellent - think more home cooked and quick. Seating is limited, but there’s more than enough to accommodate. The staff is pleasant and thoughtful and you can tell everyone enjoys being here.
Try them out and for a solid price too!

Came here with my 4 year old after a doctor's appointment. He said it was the best tuna sandwich! Really caring staff and delicious and nutritious food! Great place to get a sandwich and a meal with protein vegetables and purple rice(higher in protein). It's also really well priced! Took some meals to go and they packed it up better than I could have!
Delicious foods, have healthier options. great customer service, owners are friendly and sweet.

After reading these amazing reviews of this place, I happened to walk in here with my friend for a quick coffee or tea. We thought this will be a better place than the popular coffee chain next door. While we were casually browsing the menu, the staff assumed that we're gonna grab a coffee and sit there for hours, and quickly reminded us that it is a place to have lunch. Wow! That came as such a rude statement. We picked up our bags and left, while the staff was grinning away, shamelessly.I've been in the customer service industry for the past 15 yrs or so and I have never treated in such a manner ever, or ever treated any guest like this. So sad to know that a wonderful neighborhood has places like this too! Goes without saying, never ever going here.
