I had a steak sandwich yesterday around 7pm and got food poison, that was the only thing I ate since yesterday. My friend is feeling bad too, he had a Diablo sandwich. We found a hair in the food. You should be more careful when making the food

Came here for the waterfront views and wings. Given the proximity to the Island Airport it was very loud. I ordered wings with house spice and sweet potato fries. For a place with "bird" in their name, I was very disappointed by their wings, especially since they charged $19 for just wings. The wings themselves were low in quality (blood had clearly seeped into the muscles and made the meat dark and not tasty), the house spice was not flavourful, and the blue cheese sauce it comes with was not my favorite. The sweet potato fries were better than the wings, but were too salty, you can see the salt crust. Service and the view were the only good parts.

The staff is very rude especially the old man waiter. He criticizes and embarrasses us in front of people because we didn't tip, claiming that he works on tips and for low wages. Dear employee, it's not the customer's fault that you hate your job, and as long as there is an option not to tip, it means you have no right to force me to tip . By the way the food wasn't good but we were nice and said everything was good and didn't tip.

A very rude, negligent, and prejudiced staff with almost no respect for customers. The hostess was unattentive and didn't bother to tell us that we weren't standing at the right spot for the waiting. When we tried to talk to her, she was rude and the second time she started shouting at us. I would not recommend this place at all. It was a very bad experience.

I am writing a review about a server/host who was absolutely rude to us. We went to Joe Bird and were waiting in the queue to be seated where the host told us to wait. We waited for almost 15-20 minutes and after that the queue started up after us but the host didn’t listen to us and didn’t have us seated, rather told us to join the queue again. That was ridiculous at first place as she knew that we were the 2nd in place and she should have taken the responsibility to have us seated but she wouldn’t listen and was indeed really rude with us. Never seen such a service in a restaurant, unfortunately we forgot to take her name. I think they should have a better/designated staff for the seat allotment.

Great atmosphere and dog-friendly patio seating! The summer season is beautiful by the water and this location highlights the sunset well. The food is pub-style and decent but not spectacular. Fries are crispy, plain chicken tenders were good and simple. Their habanero sauce wasn't spicy at all though. My friend said their wings were lean, lacking meat and flavor despite ordering the rooster (pineapple & chili) sauce. The service was great at least!
