This location never disappoints! From the moment you walk in the hostesses are always very friendly and welcoming. Our server yesterday, Sam was also amazing 🤩 provided honest recommendations and was very on top of things. Food was amazing (just as good next day too! Lol). We also ordered some take out as well, Sam understood exactly what we needed - no misunderstandings or issues at all! Thanks Sam!!

I had a great time at Joey’s Eaton centre location! There was a longer wait for my food but other than that the service was great, and the food was worth the wait anyways. My server Savannah was great! I’ll definitely come back

Kid-friendliness: There's a kids menu if you request it. It's not listed on the printed menu. They permitted a stroller inside. Not sure if high chairs for kids are available. I didn't see any.

Food was great! But service awful, wish I can give more stars but really can’t. Our server looked overwhelmed, and anxious. She got us the wrong dish and we waited forever and brought it at the end, same w drinks. Waited for ever to order another dish, which came w no cutlery/plates to share… like this is basic serving 101. We also constantly needed to ask for more water to our server who kept disappearing. She also accidentally dropped a plate almost in my jacket. Thankfully nothing happened but the vibe got weird. Paying for hst and services plus tipping, I would at least expect to having a better service and being well taken care of. If your employees are overworked or understaff fix it!
