Great ideas for the food, friendly staff but awful execution... You order breakfast sausages and they serve you chopped up grilled vienna sausages.... Absolutely dreadful...

Good food for the price with a lot of varied selection, a nice neighbourhood staple. Art on the walls is also very interesting. Some might find it a bit small, but it's cozy. Staff are really nice as well

"Exceptional flavors and impeccable service make dining at Jhonny G's a true delight! The Indian Hakka cuisine here is a symphony of spices, offering a perfect balance of heat and savory goodness. From the aromatic Manchurian dishes to the mouthwatering Hakka noodles, each bite is a culinary journey worth savoring. The cozy ambiance adds to the overall dining experience, making it a top choice for both casual outings and special occasions. Highly recommended!"

Randomly found this casual breakfast place on a Tuesday morning. Waitress greeted with a Friendly smile. Had the continental breakfast and a coffee. Delicious, good portion and very reasonable pricing. Very cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended in the cabbage town neighborhood!

I went there for lunch. I ordered a Greek salad with chicken. The waitress looked so confused when I placed the order… as if she has never heard of a salad with chicken on top. I waited 40 minutes for the salad, and it’s because I asked them about my order after 30 minutes ( if I would have never asked, I don’t know when it would have arrived). There was a few pieces of chicken. The chicken was soooo thinly sliced that it looked like sandwich meat and not an actual piece of a chicken breast! I asked the staff to put the salad in a take out container since my lunch was over and needed to get back to work and they didn’t even provide a plastic fork! It cost $18.00! Biggest waste of money! Avoid going there! It’s under new ownership, use to be a lot better!

Yummy food, great value. Enjoyed the recommendations from the server. We had, Butter Chicken, Aloo Ghobi, Onion Bhaji, basmati rice, Nan, and a tasty free appetizer. I'll return.

Went with a group of 10 and had a great experience.Went with a group of 3 and we had an ok experience. So may not be consistent but I choose to remember the bigger group experience as I want to think this may be truer to their services. This is being run by new management (as of a couple years ago). We enjoyed all the dishes we got and the service was excellent. The prices were also great. They had specials that seemed to be around the theme of Indian food. After 4 , I believe the menu changes to Indian or Nepalese or a mix.Bathroom available. Not recommended for wheelchair accessibility.

This restaurant has no concept of hospitality or quality service. The decor looked like it was salvaged from a thrift store reject pile, with mismatched furniture and outdated fixtures that screamed "neglect." The lighting was so dim I had to use my phone's flashlight to read the menu, which, by the way, was a mishmash of uninspired dishes that lacked any semblance of creativity or overcooked, under-seasoned, and lacking any discernible flavor. It's as if the chef had given up halfway through preparing the meal. And don't even get me started on the dessert – it tasted like it had been defrosted from a supermarket freezer aisle. It was clear that they had zero training in customer service or basic manners. To top it all off, the prices were exorbitant for the subpar quality of food and service we received. It's clear that Jonny G’s Cafe is more interested in making a quick buck than providing a memorable dining experience.save your time and money and steer clear of this culinary disaster. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area that actually care about their customers and take pride in their food. Trust me, you'll thank me later.?
