The food at Jollibee is always satisfying — crispy Chickenjoy and sweet Jolly Spaghetti never disappoint. However, the customer service on my recent visit was very disappointing. One of the staff members (Jona) was quite rude and unapproachable. A smile or a simple “thank you” would’ve made a difference. Good food, but service needs serious improvement.

Manager Geraldine went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right and answered all my questions. She was very friendly and made the whole experience feel welcoming.
