If anyone is considering ordering directly from this location for a party or event, I would strongly reconsider. They are not reliable or accountable. I did demand and receive a refund, but that didn’t change the fact that the party was disrupted and kids and caregivers were left without food at the expected time. It was extremely embarrassing and stressful, and a refund doesn’t fix that. I would not recommend ordering from here again, especially for any time-sensitive event.
I had a really disappointing experience with this location. I preordered about $170 worth of food at 11:00 a.m. for a kids’ party, with a confirmed delivery time of 4:45 p.m. I received an email confirmation stating it would be delivered at that time.
By 4:55 p.m., the food still hadn’t arrived, so I called the store. I was told, very casually, that they “don’t have a driver.” There was no explanation and no apology. This was shocking given that the delivery time had already passed and had been confirmed earlier in the day.
I explained that the order was for a party with children and caretakers, and that people would be leaving by 5:30. I was put on the phone with a supervisor who offered a quick sorry but no real solution, other than saying they would try to find a DoorDash driver and call me back. By 5:10 p.m., I called again and was told they still couldn’t find a driver.
In the end, I had to drive to the store and pick up the order myself. I barely made it back by 5:30, and most people had already left. When I arrived at the store, there was still no sense of urgency or apology from the staff.
This was extremely poor customer service. If delivery can’t be guaranteed, it shouldn’t be offered or confirmed in writing. This situation completely disrupted a planned event, and the lack of accountability made it even worse.

They give ketchup for the combo of $30 dollars the amount for like one fries and when I went to ask for some more they gave me just one more little container with so little that is lost in the title container I asked again and I said is too little they just gave me attitude.

The manager of this store (Zen) was the sweetest! She was so friendly and helped us with figuring out what to order and also stopped by to check in on us while we were eating. The food at Jollibees always hits the spot too.

To Ms. Zen, Ms. Erika and the people inside the kitchen thank you so much for allowing us to brought our favourite Jollibee foods in Quebec. we were able to pack this tonight for our early morning travel tomorrow morning❤️
I live in the neighborhood so I always order every week, I don’t mind the long wait as food always arrives fresh! But there’s this one cashier who always looks grumpy and by the way she speaks to the customers is not “Jolly” at all (Her eyes looks dead and sleepy). Saw her many times taking orders idk if she’s pretending not to hear for what the customers are telling her but she will tend to askagain. She speaks so fast it’s as if she’s always rushing and hates talking to customers resulting to miss lots of the details. Happened to me many times too, Her name is erika. Otherwise, food is still great.

Servers were friendly and bubbly, food was prepped nicely as well. This location in particular has freshly friend chicken compared to other branches I've went to. It's a very clean store as well and played Christmas music, has a nice ambiance. My server was Yana, very friendly and accommodating, would go here again.
