Went for dinner the other evening with my wife. We have driven by many times before. Initially when we walked in the first thing that caught my eye was the decor. Very elegant and gave off a cozy environment. Next the smell coming from the kitchen was quite pleasant. We were greeted by the server and shown to our seat. Once we order the food came out fairly quickly and was steaming fresh and hot. We had garlic bread with cheese, the jolly Caesar salad and the chicken gorgonzola with fettuccine alfredo.all the food was great and the portions were a fair amount. The balance of flavours were perfect nothing was too over powering. The fettuccine Alfredo was exceptional with perfectly cooked noodles a flavourful Alfredo sauce with sundried tomatoes. Will definitely be back to try more of their menu.

Delicious & diverse menu, reasonably priced meals, Excellent (and meticulous) for Gluten Allergies, and exceptional service...Jolly II Italian has it all, I highly recommend them!

Jolly II Italian is a real gem of a restaurant on Weston rd. in Toronto. I have eaten here twice and have been so very happy with the food quality and exceptional service I wanted to take time to also write a review. My second meal at Jolly Italian was part of a funeral lunch that I coordinated for my Mom's funeral. The team at Jolly Italian could not have been more accommodating, super professional yet also understanding given the circumstances. We had vegetarian and gluten allergies to navigate for the family style funeral lunch and they did a great job taking specific orders for those members and serving them up terrific food. Also my count for the funeral lunch grew and my final count got to me late, Michelle did such a terrific job adjusting for the higher lunch count even thought that came to him without the typical 24 hour window that most places require. Also their back room area was perfect for the funeral lunch, intimate, but also supporting the time for everyone to share stories of my Mom. I should also say my first meal included a cocktail that Michelle served up, a very tasty Old Fashion. Can't recommend Jolly II Italian highly enough, get over there and give them a try!

My friend and I went here for lunch today. I had the veal parm, he had the chicken fettuccine Alfredo. Both meals were fantastic. It tasted like they had a nonna in the kitchen. We'll be back for sure

We had a family party of 25 people. No easy task to get everyone’s food out on time, hot, and complete. The servers did an excellent job. The food was plentiful and most people had enough to take home for another meal. We were there for three hours, and no one rushed us at all. I liked that for this large party there was something for everyone, there was a kids menu, and separate bills was not a problem. The area set up for us was private and we could move around and mingle, important with so many little ones in tow. Thank you for a truly delightful and successful afternoon.

A wide-ranging Italian themed menu. Absolutely everything I’ve eaten there has been excellent: beef, lamb, fish, pasta, vegetable cooked to perfection. Friendly, unpretentious service. Offers summer patio, high-backed booths, bar, and event room in the rear. Vegetarian and gluten-free options. Lots of parking.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, it was quite relaxing. In fact we were there for over 5 hours. Had we stayed much longer, we could have ordered dinner

Tried Jolly II based on recommendations but was quite disappointed. The caprese appetizer was extremely basic — just three slices of tomato and mozzarella with a drizzle of pesto, nothing memorable in flavor or presentation.

I ordered the shrimp fettuccine Alfredo (originally chicken, but I upgraded to shrimp for an extra $7). Unfortunately, the pasta was underwhelming: the sauce was thin and watery instead of creamy, and the shrimp tasted a bit mushy, not fresh. The portion wasn’t particularly large either.

After tax and tip, my meal came to $43, which felt very overpriced for the quality and experience provided. I expected a lot better, especially given the price point. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

Service was good though.
