I arrived at approx 2AM. There was no formal line but a group of delivery drivers waiting for their orders and only 2 staff members working the shift. After waiting 15 mins and not being able to place an order I used the automated machine at the entrance. The printer was broken so you have to remember your order number. After roughly 30 mins I got my order and left. When I later opened my order the pan fried dumplings had not been pan fried at all. The Honey Garlic wings had not been coated and instead there was a little sauce in the corner of the container and 0 garnishes

Stuff gives a vibe that they are forced to work there. Meal will be ready in approximately 5-10mins.

I came here for their dumpling promo ($3 until 8pm). Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I arrived at 8:02pm and they refused to honor the deal, even though I was just a couple of minutes late. On top of that, the dumplings I did try were not good – the taste and quality did not live up to expectations. Overall, not a great experience, and I left feeling let down.

They have a promo where they do 6 dumplings for $2.99. It ends at 8pm sharp apparently. I got there and told the cashier my order at 8:02 pm and he would not give me the deal. I understand it’s after 8pm but come on 2 minutes? I drove all the way from Markham. Food was whatever nothing great. Wont be coming back again.

Ordered through Uber eats. One little hot sauce packet and one soy sauce packet for three orders of pan fried dumplings… disappointing that the restaurant is so stingy. I have been numerous times to the location in person and they were stingy with the packets of sauce but with hesitantly give you more if you ask. On Uber eats there is no option to add more or even pay for more. Sad.
Have never been to the store itself but already ordered delivery many times from here and it is always a good experience. Dumplings are fresh, flavourful and have a very good amount of filling.

My daughter and I love Juicy dumplings! We always go for the pork soup dumplings. They are JUICY and flavorful. The price is very reasonable and you can get a variety of items for cheap, but the quality is amazing and everything comes out hot and very fresh.
The spicy shrimp wontons were ok. I prefer my shrimp a little more cooked in it. Chicken nuggets and green onion pancakes were good too, but always go back for the soup dumplings.
Staff are friendly and very efficient.
