This place has been around since 1972. Original vintage tile and order signs. Old school tasty menu to match.

Food is 10 out of 10 no joke, the staff is the best part of going to jumbo burger as they’re so helpful and friendly, nicest burger in Toronto by far. Double cheeseburger is my go to order n sometimes if I feel to heavy the staff at jumbo burger would wrap it in lettuce for me absolute legends!!!!

The burger was clearly overcooked, with a beef flavor reminiscent of cheap burger made by an amateur backyard barbecue. The fries were undercooked, and when I pointed it out, the cashier, who seemed visibly annoyed, had them refried. The chef appeared quite young and inexperienced. Unfortunately, the service and overall quality did not reflect the standards this place once may have had. It is clear it is no longer run by the owner and the cashier was Indian who was annoyed. The meal was below average, and the prices are unreasonably high for what you get. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place for a hamburger.

Also it is cash or e-mail transfer only payments here. No debit or credit cards

Jumbo Burger is everything you want in a classic roadside burger joint—quick, affordable, and packed with flavour. This no-nonsense spot has been a favourite for locals and longtime regulars for decades, and it’s easy to see why.

The burgers are the real deal: cooked fresh, perfectly seasoned, and served with all the traditional fixings on a soft, toasted bun. A Toronto classic that really does live up to its name.

I first came here as a kid and the emotional attachment is pretty strong, so to see (and taste) that the new owners have improved upon a Junction landmark is no small compliment. The food is outstanding - fresh ground beef every day, fresh chopped condiments, etc. The owners are a credit to the community.

As old school and Authentic as it gets.
Great neighbourhood banter - a real throw back.

One of my favourite cheeseburgers in city - nothing fancy. Hand made Onion rings - not many places make them like this anymore. Grape drink or some other fruit flavour with a lot of sugar in a classic dispenser.

Looks exactly the same as it was when I was a Kid. Leafs game on the TV during hockey season. Cheers from the counter when there is a goal.
Old and New Memories :).

Always a great day when I make it here for a meal.

Went for a quick bite for lunch today, I must say I was very impressed by the quality of the food , the burger was very delicious and tasty. The onion rings slapped, the best I've ever had!! Not to mention the milkshake was fantastic!! As far as the service goes, it was top notch. Friendly and polite, and could tell they really care. Amazing 5 star for me!! Will be back forsure!!!

I have been going to Jumbo burgers almost weekly for at least 30 years and the food was always excellent. Recently, for the past two weeks, I have suddenly seen a decline in the quality and quantity of the food served. It looks like they have another person taking the orders who is being stingy with the portions. The burger itself doesn’t seem to have the same amount of seasoning, so therefore not too flavourable, and the fries are less than what was served before with a combo. As is my usual request, I asked for the gravy to be put on my fries, but instead I was given a little cup, not even half full with a small amount of gravy, so now also stingy with the gravy. I can only imagine that a burger place that has built such a good reputation over many years will be losing some of their regular customers. I for one, will be looking for a new burger place!

Cute little place i think ive been to years ago. Im rating it lower because the fish and chips were so over priced for the experience i had. Im willing to go back and try something different.
