Jump used to provide everything - ambience, great food, great service. Service is still excellent. We were there for a happy hour snack before a show - happy hour beer comes with a whiskey shot. Not our cup of tea so to speak. Sliders - we had requests but both orders were incorrect. Worse than that - the sliders were like little tiny slabs of leather. Yuk. Won't go back.

We are relatively regular patrons of Jump Restaurant and so were surprised and disappointed by our meal last night. It was our wedding anniversary and we had looked forward to a great meal. We both ordered the pesto green bean, chicken pasta and it was a huge disappointment. The dish had clearly been microwaved, there were only a few meagre pieces of chicken and even fewer beans. It was overkill on the pesto and the dish felt like a jar of pesto had been dumped on some fusilli. The wines by the glass are very expensive and when we paid and tried to use a gift card, our server seemed completely flummoxed by the process. As a final note, we saw a mouse run behind our banquet.

We went to Jump for a relaxing anniversary dinner. The whole experience suited the possession perfectly. The food was excellent and great value for the money. (Greek salad app., Maccheroni and Steelhead Salmon mains, Passionfruit & Mango Pavlova (courtesy of the restaurant - a nice touch). The service was professional and friendly without being intrusive. The room is well appointed. It was quiet, but on a Monday night that's no surprise. There was a private dining group present but they had no impact on our dining comfort. Highly recommended.

Always OUTSTANDING which is why Jump is our 'go to' restaurant. Amazing food , excellent service and lovely relaxed atmosphere .....and they treat their guests so very well. Total enjoyment.

Much appreciated was assigning us a table in a relatively quiet place. They did their best. Food was good but spare at the price. A shrimp and scallop dish had 2 shrimps and 4 scallops. Wine was very costly, a5 ounce glass of Chardonnay costing $22..

We had a great dinner with a great server. My wife had the Cornish hen and I had the lamb. It was all great. My only issue was they had Affogato as a dessert but it only had alcohol and not any espresso. Can't make up your own dished chef. Affogato has espresso and if yours doesn't call it something else my friend.

The service was first class, from getting us seated, looking after us throughout, and saying our goodbyes. The food was excellent, roasted red pepper dip as a shared starter was so good ! Salmon ( with perfect crispy skin) on Couscous could not have been better. We tried two white wines from Ontario our first tipple from this part of the world, and very good they were too. The only downside, and nothing Jump nor its staff could do about it, was the drilling work on an adjacent building which started at about 7pm ( we chose to sit outside on the patio)

I came for my birthday with a group of around 8. Everyone in the group was raving about Jump! The service was awesome, the staff were so friendly, and the food was delicious. We came for the oysters and coming from a table of a lot of foodies, they were very well received. I'd highly recommend this restaurant to friends and I hope it stays like this! The parking compensation was great as well.

The food at this restaurant was truly spectacular. However, I unfortunately witnessed an uncomfortable situation during my visit. I observed one staff member speaking rudely to another, which I found extremely inappropriate. I overheard the comment, “You come from your countries to work and send money to your families,” which I found very upsetting. I asked the server about the incident, and she informed me that the person’s name is Laine.

This could genuinely be an excellent restaurant, but this experience left me with no desire to return. As employees, we should remember that before being workers, we are human beings—and respect should always come first.

Food was ok at best. The steaks all came out cold and were reheated at our requested. Pastas was oily and their take on cheesecake didn’t work at all. Service was good. We were came to enjoy both the food and service. Very much a diminished experience vs even a couple of years ago

Limited options for lunch menu but what was available was good . Also very limited wine by the glass menu ,( makes it tough when you're only there for lunch )... much better selection by bottle. Some of the decor is getting long in the tooth .

I don't know what was going on but the food was not good. I am not impressed with this restaurant at all. Mushroom soup was ok, not fantastic, just OK. The steak, well at least 3 of us in the party received over cooked steaks, even the ones returned after sending them back were over cooked again. Soggy over cooked broccoli too, then the cheesecake. I have no idea if they left the film on it or it was just that bad, never had such an ugly tasteless and weird textured cheesecake in all my life. The wine was mediocre a Nd service was efficient, however they clearly were not excited about serving our party and keen for us to finish. The canapés at the beginning of the night were delicious and that is the only reason the food gets a 2. The place is also very loud and echoes and played havoc with my tinnitus
