Bought today their special, rice and 1 meat. The food was cold even the rice from the rice cooker is cold. I have to ask them to heat up my food. Are they trying to save electricity? Very disappointing. I have never been in a takeout restaurant that serve you cold food.

Zero star. It was early morning of October 1, I came to buy 2 biko and lechon paksiw. The biko was new but the lechon paksiw tasted very old and moldy. I tried and fed my 1yr old child and realized it tasted so bad. I almost threw up. Few hours after I had diarrhea and was not able to work. I am just thankful nothing happened to my daughter. I called them next day and told them what happened and advised them not to sell old food. I even kept the lechon palsiw for evidence , I am so close to reporting them to health ministry. It cost me my work. It was almost close to food poisoning. Never again! Beware!

Greedy portion sizes for the price they charge Food is inconsistent, sometimes it’s okay and sometimes bad. The customer service is terrible. I was waiting in line and someone came in 5mins after me and started telling the lady his order then she decided to serve him even though I clearly came before him. Mind you his order was big and he was on the phone seemingly ordering for his whole family. After politely telling her that I was waiting before him, she told me to just wait. Decided it’s not even worth it to come back as the basic lack of respect for their other customers is clearly not there.
I bought a combo 2 (2 meat and a rice or noodles) and the girl gave me 3 pieces of meat each. This is the place I usually go to during my breaks. The taste is always different as well, they are not consistent. I’m not going back here anymore. The portion was very insulting.
