Space is very beautiful and cozy feeling, which is impressive given how huge it is. Music was pretty loud though, I could barely hear our server. Some really good dishes (udon, slaw, crispy rice, maki rolls), some just OK dishes. Cocktails were not great (just sweet, not overly flavourful otherwise). Overall glad we tried it, but unlikely to return.
The place is gorgeous from the outside, and beats expectations on the inside! My whole family aged 6 and up love this place now. Get the chicken please! And the other signature dishes. Everything is on point. The service is warm, atmosphere is vibing, food is delicious.

Great food but never available for take out on uber. New automated phone is awful and you cannot place a takeout order over the phone either. Never had a quality issue with takeout so uncertain why they would stop

Edit: The issue has been resolved and I actually had great customer service from Vito. It was never about the money of paying for a dish we never received but it was being completely ignored when bringing it to their attention. Seems like this was just an error on their part or maybe I was missed. Will continue to dine here as this has always been our favourite place to dine when visiting yorkville. My friends and I also love coming here for celebrations because of their bottle service!
Dined here for my anniversary celebration. Realized when we got home that we got charged for a dish we never received. Tried to call them but they don’t answer their phone. I sent an email September 16th with no response. Extremely unacceptable. Me & my friends frequent here for the bottle service but we will not be back. Would rather take my business elsewhere that care about their customers.

Personally, the food is mediocre and quite overpriced. The restaurant is in the center of Yorkville so that makes sense. It's a good place for a business lunch meeting.
Went for dinner on a Friday night with friends from out of town expecting to be able to eat and catch up. That was impossible as the music was so loud we couldn't hear each other. There were speakers above each table so we couldn't even ask for a different location. It was like being in a night club but with seating. We asked if they could turn it down and the waitress Said that's the way the manager wants it. So we continued as best we could. Other things happened as well, too much to say. Next day all 3 of us had stomach pains and nausea from the food. Bad fish. Even my friend had commented on how fishy one of the dishes tasted. Do not recommend this dining experience if you would like to have a conversation and not get sick.

Came here to have sake and a snake. The environment is good and the staffs are nice. The food and drink are average. If you are coming here to relax and enjoy the environment which is fine, but the asian food is fusion and don't expect genuine.
