Food quality and service was top notch. Everyone was attentive and helpful with food and drink orders. We enjoyed the Brisket, chicken, pork belly and beef options along with the sushi options. Everything was fresh and tasty including all the appetizers we have at the table
Price was cheaper than many larger chain all you can eat korean/ Japanese BBQ spots. We will be back again!

Food - The food was good. Not the worst. More sides needed in my opinion. Overall a good variety of dishes and meats to order including seafood.

Atmosphere - The place is decent. Could use a coat of paint in some.spots. Their bar was completely empty with no liquor on display and their beer taps were out of service. I didn't see the bathrooms.
No overhead smoke ventilation units above the gas grills.

Service - The staff were efficient. No issues.

The restaurant served its purpose. I left full and satisfied. More or less the typical Korean/Japanese bbq experience.

My bf and I came here around 8pm yesterday for the first time and despite this place having glowing reviews we were very disappointed.
The food was awful. Especially the sushi. I consider myself a sushi connoisseur and travel to many different cities and towns all over to find the best sushi and this has got to be the worst sushi I have ever eaten.
I’m genuinely not trying to bash the restaurant but omg it was awful. I ended up getting sick afterward which I knew the moment I took my first bite of the spicy salmon roll that it would make me ill. The fish was not fresh, tasted like it was days old, discoloured, very fishy odour almost rotten. The fish was chewy and dry and had a sourness to it. I could not eat it was so god awful.
I’m not too picky when it comes to sushi and even if it’s not my favorite or best quality I will still eat it but this is the worst sushi I ever had and that’s speaking volumes.
I had to tell the server and ask when the got their order for the fish. The server told me they usually get the salmon in the morning but the snapper sushi is from frozen. I asked if it could be due to improper storage if the fish was close to something that was hot or could spoil faster. The fish in the rolls were very hot and it’s not from the rice like she claimed because the rice was cool.

Other things to note about the food:

-The edamame was over cooked.
-The nori in my roll was chewy I could barely bite it I had to gnaw through it with my teeth.
-The meat that my bf ordered was tiny, bland, and they do not offer any seasonings other than seasoning salt and a homemade bbq sauce.

Overall it was a complete waste of money to spend $97 on AYCE for 2 people not even having any drinks.

I sadly forgot to take pictures because I was busy eating food!

Me and the girlfriend stopped by kasai and it was the first time for us and wow I was shocked . I expected the food to be alright , it was delicious .the way the food still had the juicyness and flavor 👌👌done to perfection .

Lee was assisting us with everything we needed and we stayed till closing and she didn't give us a hard time about it . Ice cream was great and with the restaurant being almost empty it was honestly a perfect enviorment where we don't have to hear a large crowd yelling and screaming .

Definetly coming back and to the management I'd just suggest one thing and getting the tv replaced or taken down , hint of blue to it . That's the only honest complaint I have.

Cost : 10/10 .
Food : 10/10 .
Enviorment and atmosphere : 9/10 .
Customer service and attention : 10/10 .

Definetly will be coming back

Need more influencers to go here cause this should be the hottest KBBQ in the city. All the meat is fresh and good cuts. The chicken wings are on point. The sushi options nice. Good service and great location. Parking right in front and all around

Overall, a very good time. We were the only ones who were there at 4pm on a Saturday, and the wait staff was quick to get us seated, and quick to get us served. They didn't speak much, and felt somewhat robotic, but that's okay because the food was great

The meats were good, but wish they had a little more flavour. It was overall a pretty good experience

We arrived early, we got in as soon as they opened and ohh boy where we hungry, so yeah it's an all you can eat unlimited Korean BBQ buffet, the meat portions are "needed" the seasoning on the meat could be better though ie*... Needing salt. But they had a really nice seasoning table mix. I really liked the short ribs, the squid, the chicken oh man the lamb was amazing, and obviously you get to cook it yourself, I didn't like that they didn't offer clarified butter, which means I had to struggle with cooking the salmon, with it sticking on and all. But overall it was a nice experience ,we are definitely going to come back two more times here, we loved it and we had so much fun ❤️❤️❤️

I came here about 3 days ago and it was the oddest experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant before. The waitress was nice, but another waiter was very weird. I kept glancing up and he would be staring at me. There were other customers in the restaurant at this time, but every time I looked at him, he would be staring at me with a creepy smile. I don’t know how else to explain it. It was very awkward. I didn’t know what to do at the time, but I’m not coming back here. Just so weird! 2 stars because the food was good.

We love Korean barbecue but Kasai never disappoints us. The location is not fancy and you wouldn’t get superior service but you will never come out disappointed.

Out of all of the Grill Houses in Toronto, this is definitely one of them.
