Kata had the encore that I implored for. Finding comfort in familiarity and flavour, the black dragon roll is my go-to order when getting sushi and never fails to disappoint. Freshly fried shrimp battered in a wispy coating of golden crisp, complemented by their trusty comrades of creamy avocado, crisp cucumber, subtly sweet-umami kani sticks, and the indulgent slices of eel on top.

They are also very fast, we received our food within 5 minutes of ordering. They are also open late and make the perfect late night dinner!
