I will not place another Uber order with Kawa. I ordered 3 hours ago. Just before pickup, the restaurant cancelled my order. I had to speak with three different employees, over three calls, to re-do the order. I never did get a credible answer for the cancellation. They gave me two complimentary appetizers for my trouble. I asked them to prioritize my new order. That new order took another hour and fifteen minutes to come to me. The restaurant is 11 minutes from my house.
