Probably the best shawarma I’ve had in Toronto. Being from Montreal, I’m used to a more Lebanese style—herbaceous, with sumac, and real garlicky toum. In Toronto, the spices often feel a little off, and the “garlic sauce” usually leans too mayonnaisey. Not here. Kebaberie’s toum is the real deal, with an amazing garlic kick, and my shawarma plate was truly delicious. At around $16, the value is fantastic. Highly recommend!
Consistently delicious food court shawarma. Busy every day, and quick relative to other options. I always get the chicken plate. My colleagues like the lentil soup. Affordable for toronto prices.Our team goes every week. Try it out!
I got the chicken shawarma plate late afternoon on a Thursday (Chickpea salad, roasted potatoes, garlic, and hummus + juice). Wasn't busy at all and service was quick. A bit pricey but average for a plate these days. Its inside the mall food court so plenty of places to sit.
