The food presentation was excellent despite the table preparation being nothing outstanding. The taste and quality of the food was noteworthy. The quantity I thought was compromised. The chef need to be complimented.

KELSEY WAS THE BEST SERVER I HAVE EVER HAD. She was so honest down to earth and honestly all around best. She is very thoughtful as well. If you thinking about having Kelsey’s go for Kelsey (😊😊). Kelsey working at Kelsey’s means she meant to just be a manager or even and owner at this location. Best service ever. If Kelsey is working I will be in because like I said best service ever!!!!! Kelsey was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived and instantly made us feel comfortable. She went out of her way to help us get a new table and was incredibly patient the entire time. On top of being attentive and professional, she was also funny and genuinely kind, which made the experience even better. Outstanding service thank you, Kelsey!

Mathusha is a server there who is very kind, knowledgeable about the menu and friendly, made my dinner with my mom that much more pleasant to have a wonderful Server. Food was fantastic as usual

I had a dinner party of 20 guest at this location about a week ago. Our hostess, Kelcie took care of us. Thank you so much Kelcie (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) for your patience, kindness and for taking care of our group.Thank you to the other staff that helped her bring some of the food out. Also, Thank you for accommodating me and my guest to make this birthday memorable.

Disappointed with the experience at Kelsey’s. The food was not good, and the overall atmosphere didn’t help either. The lady greeting at the front seemed sad and uninterested, which set a negative tone right from the start. On top of that, the seat covers were ripped, making the place feel worn down and not well-maintained. Definitely not the experience I expected.

We ordered take away nachos, kids burger and tenderloin bacon sandwich. The nachos was really bad , we actually didn't want to eat it . The kids burger was alright but the tenderloin sandwich was good. I was hoping for a better experience as it was our first time tying your restaurant.

Steak & veggies were over cooked and no flavor or seasoning, wings were dry and tasteless and nachos were burned. Server also forgot one item from our order. Overall a bad experience... first and last time coming here!!!

This Kelsey's was the roughest looking Kelsey's I've ever been to the seats were all worn out in the area we sat and the washrooms were kinda grungy so to smells, lighting and sticky floors. The men's washroom urinals are modified kegs which looked kinda cool but idk how well they can clean that, could be part of the smells.
The hostess was nice, we were seated immediately for dinner since there was hardly anyone there. The waitress was ok, she didn't seem like she wanted to be there most of the time, lol.
The food was a little less than I would expect for a Kelsey's though. My daughter had chicken alfredo, the pasta was good but the chicken was nasty, was dry like very overcooked so she didn't eat it. I tried to but nope, like chewing leather. I had the dill burger, so did my other daughter they were good at least.
