Took our son out for dinner before college drop off. Went for dinner prior to heading back to Toronto .
We have never riced such delayed and poor service . Ordered drinks M loaded nachos for appetizer one steak dinner One steak and shrimp dinner A full rack of ribs And steak fajitas
The nachos came an hour after we placed our order Cold and soggy . Starving we ate it
Our meal came staggered with much delay
Burn steaks were absolutely cold , The shrimp Cajun sauce curdled in the plate one of our kids got his ribs The other - no fajitas
We couldn’t est the steak so we sent it back 20 min later the waiter returns He tells us ..nicely he is a nice kid … the meal is comped .. thank you for understanding … let us offer you dessert on the house ..
He returns another 15 minutes later with not our meals but dessert !!!!
No manger In site to offer an apology We spent 2.5 hours at a restaurant and were served dessert as dinner .. Driving to Toronto without a meal , thank goodness our college kid got a meal Our 15 year old ate lava cake for dinner … When we inuired about our meals with shock in our fave we were told that the meals could not be made .

Ordered pickup from Kelsey’s online website scheduled for 6:35pm to give me time to get home for the 7pm hockey game. Sat in the restaurant until my food came out at 7:05pm. Was not talked to by any staff member or given any updates. What’s the point of scheduling an order? Very disappointing service from this restaurant. Would not suggest anyone gets takeout from here because they cannot meet timelines like a professional service would. Too much money spent to have things delayed this much.

A group of 8 seniors celebrated New Year's Eve together and had a super time. No complaints about the food. Our server Taylor couldn't have been any better! Cheerful, helpful, and remembered everything we requested. We felt very welcomed and didn't feel rushed.

This place rocks! We attended over the holidays on a very busy night and the service was fantastic. We were impressed by the fun and lively atmosphere around the bar. The food was delicious- had the buffalo sandwich and a side Sonoma salad. Would definitely recommend this Kelsey’s for your next night out!

We went to Kelsey’s for the annual ugly Christmas sweater party, such a great event. Great food and amazing staff. Definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the areas or at the Carling area that’s just around the corner.
The chicken wings were incredible—crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned! Special thanks to Sruthi for the great recommendation; she truly knows good food!

First time back since 20 years ago they served me a fridge cold rack of ribs. This time it wasn’t any better. Had a reservation for 30 people. Got there and nothing was ready. Then they didn’t have enough seats out together so people had to sit off to the side in a booth. Service was slow. 20 mins for drinks. Another 20 to refill. 2.5 hours to get through supper. Food came out barely warm. Served on a metal tray with someone else’s gum on it (see picture). If you are going to eliminate plates and serve food on trays like to animals maybe just ensure they are clean. Lining it with paper is not good enough.

Loved our Waitress Paige tonight. So sweet and the service was great! Food was very good. Got the chicken Cesar wrap and it was so good. Fries weren’t cold so that was a plus. Also the spinach dip is to die for!
