We had an absolutely amazing experience at Kelseys, and a big reason for that was our waiter, Bekki. From the moment we were seated, she was welcoming, friendly, and made us feel comfortable right away. She took the time to explain menu options, gave great recommendations, and was always checking in to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it.
Bekki was incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing, which made the entire meal feel relaxed and enjoyable. Our drinks were always refilled on time, our food arrived perfectly, and any small requests we had were handled quickly and kindly. You could tell she genuinely cares about her job and about giving customers the best experience possible.
Her positive attitude, professionalism, and warm personality truly stood out and made our visit memorable. Service like hers is what keeps people coming back. Kelseys is lucky to have someone like Bekki on their team, and we will definitely be returning because of her excellent service.
