Went in with an open mind as this was my first time trying Mary Browns. My first impression was that the place looked empty besides some delivery drivers which I preferred but somehow the tables were dirty. The staff seemed like they didn’t really care and the food took 15mins. When it finally did come, they forgot my wedges which I didn’t mind as I was eating in. This is when I was highly disappointed as when I took a bite of their sandwich, it seemed very bland and mediocre. The size of the sandwich didn’t help it either and looked nothing like what was marketed. The wedges were easily the worst wedges I’ve ever had in my life, very bland and dry and even Tim Hortons has tastier crispier wedges. I also ordered a Mash up Bowl which I was hoping would save the meal but it suffered from the same issues at the wedges. Considering my meal came up to $18.62 for the combo with the mash up bowl, I am highly disappointed and would not recommend coming here

Have gone a few times, usually disappointed. The chicken has been tough and not appetizing. Creamy coleslaw is very good. Most recently the Korean sandwich was not great and the french fry poutine with shoestring fries was a gelatinous mess.

Workers didn't even know how to use their own app and tried to make it look like it was my fault for asking them how to redeem on the app. Then the worker who barely spoke any fluent english couldn't answer my questions and I couldn't even comprehend her responses. Food was OK but the workers should know their own products. Also they only mentioned they had taters or salad for their side options but when I saw on the app it showed fries which I asked if I could get that instead and they said they had it but why was it never mentioned? I have been here many times before but was never told they had just regular fries. I had to see it on the app to see it was an option. Why is it not stated openly or offered by staff ever before. Just frustrating overall
