This has to be the worst location I have ever ordered from no seasoning on the chicken at all and it looks like it was mauled by dog. 40$ for a bucket and it’s not even edible. I usual go to the danforth one and they make it proper . This place genuinely pissed me off

We’ve been visiting KFC quite often these days. However, I’m a bit disappointed with their price increase now that the GST holiday has started. I was charged for a large popcorn chicken, and even with the tax included, the price had gone up. It feels like there’s no real benefit from the tax break after all.

Ordered food on kfc app, restaurant calls me to tell me that Uber is refusing to come pick up my order and will have to come pick up my order and only willing offer me a couple extra pieces of chicken or extra large fries in compensation for inconvenience of paying extra for delivery then have to use gas and time to go get it. So I just take the refund....that will take 4-6 days. Never ordering KFC again

Why do I encounter issue after issue at your Kingston Rd and Midland Ave location? The last 3 times I’ve come in here including right this minute I’m told I have to wait 20 minutes for chicken! This is totally unacceptable. Is this not a fast food chain? Like this needs to be addressed asap. They should be cooking enough chicken to keep up with customers.Now I totally understand all the bad reviews and complaints about KFC

I placed an online order. When I went to pick it up and I was told everything was in the bag. When I got home, to bring the food for my parents and kids, I was missing items from the bag, which was a large side, and the portion of the popcorn chicken is abysmal. I've ordered large popcorn chicken before, and this was 3/4 of an order.... Very frustrating to spend over $100 on food, but to come home with less than expected.

The assistant manager Agnes mancbat her attitude is very bad she’s talking with me As if I begged from her I make a order in Nov 30 just sandwich zinger and I pay twice in that day one in express machine and after 5 min I pay again in the counter and the cashier told me after 2 days you will receive the money back so I didn’t receive any money and when I went the restaurant to ask about the money the assistant manager said I’ll give you the sandwich right now by free but next time you have to pay .. hey mama I paid already I’m not begged from you this is my right and appreciate for your bad attitude 😡
