We have ordered food on uber and we got everything cold. On top of that we didn’t get drinks that we ordered. We couldn’t eat burger because it was so dry and just 2 drops of sauce.

If the manager or owner of this place doesn’t save their restaurant. It will be out of business and shutdown. Floor very dirty, fries and recipes and other garbage on the floor.
I can hear the employees in the back arguing to go on break. Which mean they are short staff and over worked sadly.
Never in my life did KCF take as long as this place for an order. Someone help these employees or the City inspectors will show up one of these days.
I come to this KFC quite often. Most of the time, the food is really good and the service is fast. Sometimes it gets busy, but the staff handles it well. Overall, one of my favourite spots for a quick meal.

I order for dine in but I could not find any place , any table where I can seat . The whole tables and whole restaurant is dirty , the fries and chicken left on the tables and on the floors , each and everywhere . I have never ever found such a mess place , I citied not eat inside as it’s dirty all over. I just hate this place !! I have video of all of it!!

So I asked if my food could be hot and they told me the chicken just came out so I got hot chicken and cold french fries it's only happened three times so the next time I'll ask for hunting and hot fries you got to be kidding me and I live not even 5 minutes from the place there's no reason for the chicken and the fries to be hot but I can only ask and then when you get home that's what you got
