So I asked if my food could be hot and they told me the chicken just came out so I got hot chicken and cold french fries it's only happened three times so the next time I'll ask for hunting and hot fries you got to be kidding me and I live not even 5 minutes from the place there's no reason for the chicken and the fries to be hot but I can only ask and then when you get home that's what you got

Most of the item was not available and all of the times i went there i found the fried chicken was extremely stale and was greasy and it tasted bitter and disgusting. One of the staff taking my order was not customer friendly.

I don’t come to this restaurant often but every time I do there is an hour wait at least to get the order. Don’t know what they are doing in the back but this outlet needs a serious management or staff change. Consider Swiss Chalet instead. Better food and fast!

UPDATED: so slow and under staffed. Placed an order at 8 got it at 9. it was a ghost town. I swear maybe two people working.

This particular location of KFC has been steadily declining for a couple of years now. I guess since the new owners taken over it's beginning to go downhill. It is always filthy inside, The floor is extremely sticky and they hardly ever wipe down the tables. The service is super slow and I'm sure they are understaffed. Even the customer service is terrible. They throw the napkins and ketchup on the counter instead of putting them in your bag. The food is okay since they are clearly using KFC branded products, but they slap together their sandwiches and your order is extremely messy. I am not at all impressed. I've lived in this neighborhood for 10 years and this used to be my go-to place. Unfortunately not anymore

Horrible customer service waited 10+ mins she didn’t give me a cup for water very rude people get new staff asap
I doubt if the store manager here knows anything about scheduling. They almost everyday have huge lineups with people waiting over 30 mins for just a single order of poutine.

Food was as expected but service was not. I waited only 10-15 minutes for a deal of the day special which is usually all prepped, but the other people who already ordered were flustered and most said they waited 25-30 minutes.

One of the worst experiences. Burger was extremely stale and cold that i had no choice but to return it. They shamelessly reheated it instead of making a new one and returned it 10m later. Never ever going again to this branch !!!!

Prices keep going up, but yet the store can’t even wipe a table or a chair and the floors are filthy so disgusting. We had to ask the lady at the counter if she could wipe the tables which she said she would but she never did then she told us she we could set out any other tables that were clean and I expressed that not one single table in the entire place was clean. She never did come and clean them place is filthy

This has to be the worst location I have ever ordered from no seasoning on the chicken at all and it looks like it was mauled by dog. 40$ for a bucket and it’s not even edible. I usual go to the danforth one and they make it proper . This place genuinely pissed me off
