I went for pick up delivery... I ask my order is ready or no...they said It's coming... After 15 i ask Again ask not ready..25 minute I'm waiting for one order.. Even they don’t know how many minute later order will be ready😡

They CANNOT HANDLE ONLINE ORDERS, I ordered, 2hrs+ later no food and -$35 in my account, no answer when I call and only way to cancel and get a refund is by calling. They are thieves!!!

Placed a mobile order here at 9:15, got to the restaurant at 9:45 and my order wasn’t ready. They haven’t even started my order and I was told to wait another 20 mins… the restaurant is not busy, it’s 10:15 and I am still waiting. In what world is it acceptable for a fast food restaurant to take over an hour to have the food ready…
