I dined at the Dufferin Mall (store 6317) location in Toronto several times lately and found their chicken to be the best of all the other locations I visited.
The pieces were crispy and juicy but not greasy. I highly recommend it!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC. The waiter not only provided poor service, but also denied access to the washroom, which was extremely frustrating and unacceptable for a restaurant. The staff showed no courtesy or willingness to help, and the overall service felt careless and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location to anyone
1 star for fries.. soggy chicken with salty taste. Chicken wasn't fresh as wel with no crunch.looks like they reheated that chicken. Too much oily. Disappointed.
