This location is our go-to location and for good reason. It’s close to home and always fast, friendly, and freshly made. Every visit is smooth and exactly what you expect from a reliable KFC.
We were at the Leaside arena and made the mistake of stopping at the KFC in Leaside. 15 minutes wasted. We didn’t even bother pushing through and just came straight back to Main & Danforth, where service is consistently efficient and dependable.
Lesson learned. This location never disappoints.
I’ll happily stick to this KFC and skip the rest 🤣

Paid 1.20 dollars extra to get mega fries and they gave me small fries and when I asked them that this is too tiny for it to be mega, the older gentleman in the kitchen gave me so much attitude saying that it is the mega. Place is not clean at all. Food tastes stale

Food was very cold when I opened the box. The chicken was refried or something after sitting out for who knows how long because the skin was very dark and oily. The chicken was honestly not edible. Tasted like it was going bad. I’m going to request a refund which I usually never do.
I don’t understand how you can get a 2 piece box order of processed food and make it nasty but this location managed to do it.

Foods fine it’s kfc. Very slow, long wait time for food. Ordered ahead and still waited 15-20 mins for two pieces of chicken and a snack wrap
Ordered online for pick up and arrived to join a ever growing line up at dinner time. Simple order of onion rings and tenders were supposed to be ready in 20 minutes but an hour later they hadn't even started to cook them. Asked staff several times to figure out how to get my food. They finally said it was cooking and then ignored me right in front of the counter. Then 25 mins later I asked again and they said they had been calling me for 15 minutes. I said that's not possible since I have been standing right here. Then I figure out they have been calling my order using some other name that wasn't even close to sounding like mine. So while the food was fine when I finally got it, I never expected a 'fast food' order to take 90 minutes to get in my mouth.
