This restaurant is poorly operated and most likely the worst in Toronto. Nothing works properly. Ordered from the kiosk as the sign states on the counter. The machine doesn’t give out any receipts. When I asked for one at the counter the girl says the machine is down and can’t print one out. Is the machine at the counter really broken or was she just lazy to do it? As you can see from the pictures, the monitors behind the counter don’t work, pop machine is a mess and doesn’t work.
Had to wait 15 mins for my order, which is totally unacceptable.
This is an iconic brand and this restaurant is letting this image go down in the dumps.
Head office needs to come into this restaurant, talk to the manager/franchise owner and fix this place up.

I bought a chicken pop corn BUCKET nad they gave me a large popcorn but they charge for a bucket price. When i asked the crew said head office instructed them to do it that way. Plain sight stealing. This should stop.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any restaurant. The guy working at this KFC was beyond rude. His attitude was disgusting — like he absolutely hated being there and took it out on the customers. He didn’t say a single polite word, just rolled his eyes, gave dirty looks, and slammed everything around like we were a problem for just ordering food.I’ve never felt so disrespected. The way he spoke to people was nasty — no manners, no respect, nothing. This is not how you treat paying customers. If KFC allows this kind of behaviour, it says a lot about how little they care about service.That guy should not be working in customer service at all. Pure attitude, no professionalism.

I went in and ordered a Tuesday special no leg the person who took my order was not friendly at the debit machine was not printing the sale only a blank paper came out the sign on the cash said add a drink and fries for another $3.00 when she rang it in the extra total was over $4.00 so I told her the cancel the extra items.
When I did get my order there was a leg instead of two thighs I told her and she just took it out of my hand threw it in the garbage replace it without saying one word to me.
I sat in the restaurant to eat every table was dirty greasy and had garbage on them.
Sitting here eating lots of unhappy customers store needs a good clean
I normally go to kfc on keele and finch great staff there and someone is always going around cleaning
