There was a group of about 5-10 guys just sitting inside drinking beer or liquor out of their KFC cups, being loud and obnoxious. Don’t bring your kids here as they let adults drink alcohol in their restaurant.

They provided the best service possible for Tuesday $5.07 special on December 2nd, 2025.
The food is cheap, so I didn’t expect perfection. KFC fries are much better tasting than Popeyes though - so they’ve improved.
The most important thing is customer service!! I appreciate you all.
This restaurant is poorly operated and most likely the worst in Toronto. Nothing works properly. Ordered from the kiosk as the sign states on the counter. The machine doesn’t give out any receipts. When I asked for one at the counter the girl says the machine is down and can’t print one out. Is the machine at the counter really broken or was she just lazy to do it? As you can see from the pictures, the monitors behind the counter don’t work, pop machine is a mess and doesn’t work. Had to wait 15 mins for my order, which is totally unacceptable. This is an iconic brand and this restaurant is letting this image go down in the dumps. Head office needs to come into this restaurant, talk to the manager/franchise owner and fix this place up.

I bought a chicken pop corn BUCKET nad they gave me a large popcorn but they charge for a bucket price. When i asked the crew said head office instructed them to do it that way. Plain sight stealing. This should stop.
