There was a group of about 5-10 guys just sitting inside drinking beer or liquor out of their KFC cups, being loud and obnoxious. Don’t bring your kids here as they let adults drink alcohol in their restaurant.

They provided the best service possible for Tuesday $5.07 special on December 2nd, 2025.
The food is cheap, so I didn’t expect perfection. KFC fries are much better tasting than Popeyes though - so they’ve improved.
The most important thing is customer service!! I appreciate you all.

Sunday Nov 30, 2025 I received food poisoning from this location. A little after 12pm I stopped by the drive through to order a 2 piece chicken combo. When I got home shortly after finishing my meal I immediately felt sick and had stomach pains. For the last 3 days i haven’t been able to consume any other foods due to the severe pain and sickness after eating that meal. Ive been in and out of the bathroom for 3 days and nobody deserves to feel like this. I will be calling public health on this location to have their restaurant reviewed on their practices.

DO NOT GO HERE. This place is an absolute disgrace. Filthy from the moment you walk in — garbage and beer cans in the corner, dirty tables everywhere, and drunk people stumbling around. I genuinely felt unsafe being there with my kid.
Staff were nowhere to be found; I waited almost 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. The restaurant was freezing cold and completely uncomfortable. I paid to upgrade my fries and still got a small.
This isn’t just bad service — it’s a place you should avoid for your own safety and sanity. Spend your money somewhere that respects customers and basic cleanliness. Avoid at all costs.

Bad experience. The entree was cold and the fries were unseasoned. The dining area itself was uncomfortably cold suggesting the heat was broken and every single table was dirty. Half the drinks in the dispensers were non functional. The service was also disappointing while one staff member was excellent the rest seemed overworked rude and unprofessional we witnessed forgotten orders and employees eating while taking orders. Overall the cold food, dirty environment and poor service made this visit disappointing.

They literally tried to steal from me. I ordered food, and half of the order was missing. When I came back to collect the missing portion, the referenced me as “the guy is back” as if they knew they missed something on purpose. This location is actually ridiculous, it’s dirty, the staff are absolutely rude, and unhelpful. Please learn from me and never come here. If I could give it zero stars it would be, because this is unfortunately not my order mess up this specific restaurant location.

One of the worst experiences in my life. Order was wrong but the worst part wasn't even that. I was given a raw chicken sandwich. Stay clear of this location. Hoping I don't fall ill. Contacted head office and left a message with city Health officials. Response from the store: sorry we took the chicken out too fast and gave a refund. Disgusted.
