The staff at the kfc Dufferin mall are so pleasant, patient and have very lovely customer service. Special thanks to Sundeep for making my experience very heartwarming. Referring to the KFC on the road I was here today being 7th Feb 2026 around 6:20pm First off, you guys are short on staff Only two people we’re working we had to wait over 30mins to pick up an order that was made online just needed to pick up. Was ignored multiple times and the same employee clearly said she didn’t care people were waiting. That was insensitive and rude to some but i understand it’s coming from a place of lack of support. So I urge this location to get more staff. Thanks.

Very disappointed with this KFC location. I ordered a zinger sandwich, and the chicken patty was burned and extremely salty, with a soggy bun. After eating it, I became unwell and experienced stomach pain, followed by food poisoning this morning. This is a serious food safety concern. Customers’ health should never be compromised. I hope the management takes food quality and hygiene more seriously.
This KFC Dufferin Mall location seriously needs attention from management.
First impression: messy and poorly maintained. The store looks worn down, broken in places, and generally neglected. Tables, counters, and the overall layout give off a very unprofessional vibe, especially for a major brand like KFC.
The atmosphere didn’t help either. Staff were playing loud Indian music, which in itself isn’t the issue — but it didn’t feel appropriate for a customer-facing fast-food environment. It made the whole place feel chaotic rather than welcoming or professional.
🍔 Food quality: inconsistent • The sandwich had way too much sauce, to the point where it overpowered everything else and made it messy to eat • Fries were soggy and cold, which is basic fast-food 101 • Hygiene felt questionable, especially given the overall condition of the store
Nothing tasted terrible, but nothing felt done with care either.
🧑🍳 Service: not bad, but presentation matters
To be fair, the staff themselves were okay — no major attitude issues, and service wasn’t rude. But how things were handed over, how the space was managed, and how food was presented all felt rushed and sloppy.
It’s one of those places where you feel the employees are just trying to get through the shift, and no one is actually managing the store.
📉 Bigger issue: lack of oversight
This location really feels like it needs: • Better store management • Someone checking in regularly • Basic standards enforced (cleanliness, music volume, food presentation)
A brand like KFC shouldn’t look or feel like this.

Pin the store location correctly in Uber. I had to walk all the way to the food court area only to find that the actual store is outside the mall for delivery pickup. You guys waste our time and money.

There was a lady wearing specs black hair white skin, she called herself to be the manager and was very rude and arrogant with so much attitude . She doesn't even how to speak politely to the customers how come they gave her the manager responsibilities so pathetic . Please teach her some basic manners how to deal with customers .
